Thank you for contacting us. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We have reviewed your account and have confirmed that your account was setup on our automatic shipment program and this prompted the shipment to you. We have since cancelled the plan to prevent any additional shipments being delivered to you. Our team has also confirmed that your items were returned to us and we issued a refund back to your card 6/30/23 for $210.47. We do hope that we were able to resolve any concerns you may have had.
