      If you know how exact insurance companies are about having the correct information you need to read about this experience I had with scheduling with these amateurs. I will not speak to the service since I have not received any from this location. It could be perfectly fine for all I know. However when my doctor's ****** called in my order the text I received from linking me to the advanced paperwork needed addressed me as "****". Needless to say once I opened the text the first page already had my name in as "****" which was fixed so I could not change the mistake. Furthermore they already had me listed as female. I was still at my ************ when the text came in so I asked them to please correct the error, they called AHI and were told "there was nothing they could do".but I could come in early and just "do the paperwork". My appointment was scheduled for noon and of course after not eating since midnight that option was not appealing to me one little bit and the fact that they already had my name and *** wrong existing in their system . So, I called about a half hour later and they assisted me by changing the form and correcting the ***, resent the form and lo and behold - it was the same, same errors! I called again and they said it looked fime on their side but were uncertain as to how long it took to upload the information. I checked for the text again well after midnight and it still had not been changed, uploaded or whatever. I suggest if you need an imaging service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. All I could evision was having to deal with my insurance company trying to convinced them I was *** not **** etc etc and then getting notices for lack of payment from these imaging clowns. I do not need that hassle in my life and you don't either.

      On 07/28/2022 I had a catastrophic motorcycle accident resulting in numerous injuries and hardware being put in my body. I was put through extensive physical therapy and recovery, but after some time I was still in significant pain in my ankle. I asked help from this office to assist in locating the source of the pain. I went for an image in April. Since then, I had to go to another MRI office and get another MRI because -- much to my shock, they found "nothing wrong". (Hint: the ankle was severed from my body almost a year ago, every time I get an image, something is wrong). So I know they didn't even look at it properly. I called and complained about this and said this is not right, and gave them a second opportunity to fix this issue, but they were uninterested in doing so. They were not able to find the tear in my ankle. I went to another MRI provider, who, without contrast and technical details, was able to quickly find the tear in my ankle in under an hour and be able to diagnose the issue. This was all well and good, and I understand that mistakes happen. I tried to call and talk with someone about this issue today and nobody took any kind of accountability. That is bad business. I must still pay for all the charges. I didn't receive good imaging. I asked them, if they are not going to fix the problem, please stop contacting me. They cannot do that either. My desired resolution will be: 1). A full refund of the monies paid for the services received or to "call it even"2). An apology for wasting hours of my time. 3). No further contact.

      Be wary of this company. I was told at time of service that my total cost would be $540 that I paid up front. I then received a bill for $460 in the mail with the only explanation being that "The original amount paid was just an estimate". I asked how an estimate could be half of the actual total and was told "That is just our policy", it is now my policy to use any other company.
