            Yes this insurance company is not understanding I have reached out to them numerous times about the auto payments and how hard it is to pay on the 3rd of each month they did have if where I was split paying but this time I got no attempt to withdraw from my account on the 3 but got a email saying we attempted to withdraw and were unsuccessful now your insurance is cancelled seek another insurance company immediately for continuous coverage I do not get statements in the mail or anything instead of the company offering maybe a changed payment date to help me they continued to have the payment on the 3rd and then slammed a cancellation on me my bank usually lets me know if I am being charged for something by text or email I received nothing not only that if my payment due on the 3rd and they backdated it on their documentation as if it was on the 1st of December usually insurance company give up to 10 days to pay before cancellation they did not attempt to debit my account because I would have gotten notification

            I was overcharged every month from this company & still paid faithfully. My car was vandalized on my job & after i took my 2014 *** to the shop on feb 19th to be fixed, miles auto insurance acted like they was gonna get it done but they only sent part of the only to ****************************** send the rest after they told the body shop to send a subsidy for the rest. ****************** did that & neither them or i has been able to get back in contact with miles. They are avoiding calls & wont return calls or text messages & the body shop wont give me back my ******** now walking back & forth to work. I need help asap
