********* "****" ****** breached my contract with Workout Anytime. He revoked my membership at the ************ location with no grounds. Per my contract, under, Compliance of Rules and Conduct of ******* ********* reserves the right to revoke or terminate the membership if the member fails to keep and obey any such rules and conditions." I used to be a non-certified trainer at this facility. ****** was upset that I was working out with a previous client on my off time and ACCUSED me collecting fees from this client ********** I told him I was not training her and that we were working out together. He told me we are not allowed to work out with previous clients. I was not aware of this. ******* and I developed a friendship. He stated, "You do not go from Trainer to friend" is opinionated. I believe I was compliant with member conduct.Per the contract, Workout Anytime "reserves the right to revoke or deny the membership of any member or guest whose access to or use our facilities, in our judgment, creates a danger or health or safety hazard to you or our other members, guests or employees." ****** has no grounds to revoke my membership privileges at this location. I believe ****** has engaged in ***** actions by revoking my membership to accommodate his comforts.I emailed *********************, Director of ********************** No action has been taken, just empty promises that my issue is being investigated. ***** forwarded my complaint to *****************************, who has an implicit bias with respect to allowing ****** to live on the premises. ****** was aware of my complaint and told an informant "I am not worried about it."I am a paid member and Workout Anytime should be providing service and assistance to me, not meritless threats by ****** in furtherance of his desire to make his workplace accommodate to his comfort.
