Kasia Zaman | Vice President and Business Banking Relationship Manager, KeyBank

Kasia Zaman is a Vice President and Business Banking Relationship Manager with KeyBank, bringing over 13 years of banking experience and 4 years of accounting experience. Kasia holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master's degree in Finance from Central Connecticut State University.

Kasia partners with business owners to understand their financial goals and deliver customized banking solutions that support growth, improve cash flow, and enhance operational efficiency. Areas of expertise include acquisition financing, commercial lines of credit, SBA lending, equipment financing, cash management, merchant services, commercial real estate financing, and deposit solutions.

By taking a consultative approach and leveraging a broad network of banking specialists, Kasia helps clients navigate complex financial decisions while providing the resources and strategic guidance needed to achieve both short-term objectives and long-term success.

John Pendergraph | Senior Manager, PCLB CPA’s

John joined the firm in July 2026 and brings twelve years of experience spanning Big Four and national firms as well as a stint as a controller.

John’s expertise is in in auditing, financial analysis, internal controls and due diligence consulting. His technical experience includes work under U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and key regulatory and compliance frameworks, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), PCAOB, and NAIC standards.

John received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Internal Audit from DePaul University in 2014. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accounts. He has also served in leadership and participation roles with the Polish Lacrosse Foundation and Rotary International.
