The Better Business Bureau of Central & South Alabama and the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce are hosting a Community Shred Day event on Friday, October 23, 2026, to help residents protect their identities by shredding personal documents for free. The event will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, or until the shredding trucks reach capacity.
This drive-through event will be located at the Tractor Supply Company, 851 US-98, Daphne, AL 36526. There will be Volunteers available to help unload your items. Please note that this event is for individuals only and not for businesses. Participants can bring up to two boxes or bags of paper-only materials, with a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs.
