Join us for the 2026 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics and Spark Awards, as we celebrate Arkansas businesses and individuals who exemplify integrity, trust, and ethical leadership in the marketplace.
 
BBB awards honor organizations that go above and beyond to build trust with customers, employees, and their communities.
 
This annual event brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and community supporters from across Arkansas for an inspiring afternoon of recognition, networking, and celebration.
This year’s program will feature:
 
• Recognition of the 2026 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics winners across four business categories
• Presentation of the BBB Spark Awards, honoring an emerging business demonstrating ethical leadership and innovation
• Recognition of the BBB Student Video Contest winners, highlighting the next generation of ethical leaders
• An inspiring keynote from Dr. Rhonda Mattox, board-certified psychiatrist, nationally recognized leadership strategist, and creator of The Cost of Silence™. In her presentation, "You Should 'NO' Better," Dr. Mattox will challenge attendees to rethink the conversations they avoid and explore how courageous communication strengthens trust, shapes organizational culture, and drives ethical leadership.

About Dr. Rhonda Mattox

Dr. Rhonda Mattox is a board-certified psychiatrist, nationally recognized leadership strategist, and creator of The Cost of Silence™, a leadership framework that explores how the conversations leaders avoid can shape trust, culture, and organizational performance.
