Scammers are increasingly becoming more sophisticated with techniques that can trick even the most informed consumers. Join the BBB of Central New England, alongside the City of Worcester's Consumer Rights Program, at the Worcester Public Library for a free scam prevention seminar designed to give you the knowledge and confidence you need to protect yourself in an increasingly complex digital world.

We'll cover:

  • How modern scammers operate
  • Warning signs to watch for
  • Practical steps to keep yourself safe
  • Real-world examples of recent scams

This seminar is presented in partnership with the Worcester Consumer Rights Program, which works in cooperation with and is funded by the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
