Blueprint: Built to Win is a readiness pathway for trades-based businesses ready to compete, perform, and scale. Blueprint prepares trades-based small businesses to pursue public and large-scale infrastructure opportunities. Participants learn in community through a focused series of sessions covering strategic partnerships, licensing and bonding readiness, hiring and workforce management, and financial fundamentals.
Along the way, participants build relationships with peers, prime firm executives, public agency decision makers, and expert instructors who understand what it takes to win and perform on major projects.

The program meets virtually once per month for four months on Thursdays from 11am - 1pm.

- Session 3: August 27 Panel: Before You Bid: Licensing, Bonding & Insurance Readiness

COST
$40 per person. BBB Accredited Business discount rate is $125 per person. Fee includes four sessions, expert instruction, and materials.
