BBB Mobile Area Shred Day (Evey Owen)
The Better Business Bureau serving Central and South Alabama is hosting a Community Shred Day event on Friday, April 24th, 2026, to help residents protect their identities by shredding personal documents for free. The event will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, or until the shredding trucks reach capacity.
This drive-through event will be located at the Shoppes at Bel Air (specifically behind the Target) at 3299 Joe Treadwell Dr, Mobile, AL 36606. There will be Volunteers available to help unload your items. Please note that this event is for individuals only and not for businesses. Participants can bring up to two boxes or bags of paper-only materials, with a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs.
