Refunds are available only if no Sandler intellectual property (IP) has been accessed through live or asynchronous training. To qualify, requests must be made before the program start date, and the user's activity will be verified to ensure they have not logged into the Sandler LMS or accessed any IP. Refunds are issued as direct reimbursements and cannot be applied as credits. A refunded registration is considered canceled, with all associated fees returned to the original payment method.
Participants may request a cancellation at any time; however, cancellations do not guarantee a refund. Upon cancellation, the participant will be immediately removed from all Sandler programs and platforms. Refunds are only granted if no Sandler intellectual property (IP) has been accessed through live or asynchronous training, and verification will be conducted to confirm no material has been accessed.
Sandler Systems reserves the right to reschedule training at any time as needed in the event of scheduling conflicts.
Sandler Systems reserves the right to cancel or postpone training programs that do not meet the required minimum number of participants. In such cases, Sandler will contact registered participants directly to offer alternative scheduling options.
