              I had two showers installed with a price quote that would be a monthly payment of $215. The total cost was $20,000. Once they were installed, I was told me the cost per month will be $266 a month. I was able to negotiate a price of $240 a month, but I was clear that I can only afford the cost I was quoted. They told me they tried to get me to that price, but it would go through. I would not have purchased the showers if I was given that price. $215 is what I can afford. That is already close to breaking my budget. I need the payments to be what I was quoted and no more than that. Honor the contract.

              As a senior I was totally taken advantage of financially. I was bamboozled by their salesman. Set a date to install 2 small windows. For over $8,000.00. I had a family emergency and had to cancel. They charged me $280. for deposit. Then charged me over $4,000.00 for canceling. I was so distraught and harassed that I sent them a check. I've asked for an itemized bill to show what that was for. I sent 4 messages with the same request. Never heard from them. I thought I would at least get the windows! And install them myself. No nothing. I feel totally taken advantage of as a 70 year old widow who had no one to be with me at my home to help me understand. Total fast talking salesman who offered a free trip anywhere in the US. Never let me talk and intimidating me with all the information he through at me. I feel stupid and taken over$4,000.00 of my life's savings.
