I called Batzner for my rental property in ********** for hornets around the property. The first tech missed a large football sized hornet nest in a tree. I contacted them again and I had to wait 6 days for someone to return just to have the tech state, It was an aggressive hornet and that they weren't going to be able to remove it. He offered no other solutions. I asked 3 employees over the phone what was the warranty on the work, no one was able to send me the warranty in writing. My experience with communication within the company seemed so ridiculously disjointed because every time I contacted them, or they contacted me it was as if they were getting the information for the first time and this was some new problem. I had technicians calling me after 9:00 at night saying they just got the notice. I had some technicians telling me in detail how they would treat the nest. I had one tech call me in the morning and ask if he should come out and then told me he couldnt. I may or may not have received a phone call explaining where we were at after each visit. Someone from the company evaluated the problem 5 times and the nest is still in the tree. The discussion with management was as if they were doing ME the favor of coming out to evaluate the situation (which I was told had to happen anyway). Their solution was I pay $1000 rental fee for a lift and labor at no cost. My response was Absolutely not which also meant I would absolutely not use them again. There's no cohesiveness to the information, no follow up, no sending people when they tell me they are dispatched, their techs didn't have had the training and experience to identify this needed to be referred up to management on at least the second visit, not the 5th , not being up front with whether or not this was part of the service I contracted, or realized they have fumbled this from the beginning on so many levels and covered the costs and removed the nest.
