              I had my 2012 VW in for repairs in ****** *** change and filters. Before the end of the month my filter was shot. I took my car to a different authorized repair. Massive costs and issues but the problems were resolved until November. Once again I had filter issues so I brought my car to Hall. They told me the car was broke beyond fixing. They gave me $500 trade value. At this point I'm down about $5000 to volkswagen with filter issues. My wife has a 2018 jetta. After selling my previous car I brought the 2018 in to make sure it would last. It needed new brakes and oil change. They diagnosed multiple issues. All of which I paid for, $1800. Within days my check engine light came on and they won't take responsibility for shoddy work. Everything I've been there this year it has cost a thousand and immediately after a new problem arises. They are sabotaging my vehicles.

              I leased a car in 2022 and 2 months later had to return to service for acceleration problems. It turns out the car was delivered without any oil and never topped off before delivering to me. I had oil issues since and constantly bringing my car to VW. They ask if it’s leaking on my garage. No! I could pay for diagnostic testing. No VW should. I took it in 3 weeks ago and was told that I can’t keep getting my oil topped off. There a problem. Yes I know but VW won’t do anything. The advisor, Jeremy, topped it off and said it needs to be tested and not topped off. I called the GM, Jerry, explained my issues and your failure to correct it so I want to trade in my car as a courtesy. Ok. I went in and nope! Can’t trade it in. I asked for it to be topped off again and Jeremy came to me again. Telling me it needs an oil change and is over 1,200 miles ago. Well I was here 3 weeks ago and you topped it off and never mentioned anything about an oil change. Jeremy would not top off my oil and brought my car back out of service. I’m supposed to keep driving this car with oil issues and it’s a leased car. They can just trade but won’t. It’s not right
