However, prepare yourself to know that when you first move into the apartment that you could experience different maintenance issues and expect that unless, you write a letter asking for compensation that you will have things destroyed because, even though they say they did a walk through the dishwasher could flood the first day you go to use it. The bathroom sink leaks underneath on anything youve placed underneath the bathroom sink soaking everything including the bathroom floor. Make sure if you do decide to move into the apartment you check underneath the bathroom sink for any old water stains as I discovered underneath mine. Unless you are in desperate need of an apartment at a low cost to move into, I would not move into this apartment complex. Also, the apartment unit I lived in was not a secure unit. My front door had a gap between the door frame and the top of the door, it would be a door that could easily have someone break through the door. Plus, the construction of the apartment falls short. The walls and ceiling are paper thin and so you will hear everything upstairs and possibly all night long as I did. Id hear all hours of the night it sounded like the tenants were renovating the upper floor apartment all hours of the night, thumping noises. I ended up needing to call the local police department ten times in just two months. I have Never had to call the police that many times in my life. The tenants did not end up being evicted until a week prior to moving out of this apartment. In an entire year I ended up with maybe seventy-two hours of sleep in a year.
