    Leased a 2019 ********** on January 2, 2020, for a 36-month lease. The vehicle, initially a demo car with over ***** miles, was assured to still possess the full 36 months of the manufacturer's warranty when I inquired with the sales team. However, upon signing the paperwork, bringing the car home, and proceeding to register it, I discovered that the warranty had commenced in July 2019, leaving me with only 30 months of coverage.Upon raising the concern, the store manager, ****, assured me in person and via email that they would procure a 6-month warranty for the car in July 2022 if I visited the dealership. He also requested a full 5-star rating for the ******* after-sales survey in the meantime.In July 2022, after sending two emails regarding the promised warranty, I received no response from ****. Upon visiting the dealership, I was informed that **** was in a meeting, and despite assurances that a message would be left for him to call me back, I never received any such communication.It appears that there may have been a deliberate strategy to encourage positive ratings and subsequently disregard my concerns.

    Don't ever come here for service. I purchased vehicle in this dealership, but serviced it in much closer one. Then comes a day when I want to turn my lease into purchase. I thought combine it with service, while I'm negotiating is a good idea. Wrong. Absolutely wrong.This guys did the service and few days later my engine died leaking oil all around. I called "Chevrolet of Bellevue" from random parking lot asking them to tow me to their service and fix it. They R E F U S E. So I called my dealership in ******** and everything was arranged in a matter of minutes.So, at the end of the day: I got no car for about a month. I got lucky they upsell me with manufacturers warranty, otherwise it'll cost me ~$4k to fix. This clowns did even bother to call me and say "this is not how we do things here", but it was about it - absolutely pathetic. Sales - are great (especially ******). Service - don't go, don't do yourself a tons of unnecessary problems.
