    Date vehicle was purchased 04-05-2022 I bought my truck from ***** of Bellevue, they sold me a warranty with the truck. I have done nothing but take care of my truck with regular fluid maintenance but haven't had any major issues, Well now that my truck is in shop for head gasket failure, the warranty company comes back and says they won't touch vehicle since it is deleted. Then reach out to general manager of ***** of bellevue to try and get some help with this as I have not done anything to this vehicle to void my warranty. He looks into it and says that there techs say all emissions equipment was hooked up before I purchased vehicle. That is an outright lie because again I have not done a single thing besides fluid changes as needed. They knew it was missing emissions equipment but chose to turn it for a quick sale to save thousands of dollars and then s**** the consumer and also get a kickback from warranty company for selling a warranty. Now all they wanna say is that I did this to my vehicle and just want handouts and that's the furthest thing from the truth. I requested all files and forms from ***** of bellevue for my vehicle and sale and they provided me with fake forms showing they fixed a horn, and a ding in the truck. But can not provide me with a used vehicle inspection report stating how the truck left the lot after I bought it. The general manager himself **** ******, emailed me saying they did not have this inspection report, as well as they are supposed to send a copy of the inspection report to the warranty company to be able to make sure vehicle is eligible for warranty. The warranty company never received copy of that report. They just wanted to cover up this vehicle and not pay for fixes, but now also don't want to pay for repairs when they are the ones liable for them since they sold me vehicle in this condition.

    Mr. ****** purchased a 2016 Silverado HD with a Duramax Diesel engine on April 5th, 2022.  The truck went through a full safety inspection.  The inspection was completed by one of our Master Technicians.  I have provided a copy of the repair order to Mr. ************ met with Mr. ****** and his father.  We came to an agreement to have his vehicle brought here so we could repair his vehicle in attempt to control the cost of repair for **************************** has stated he is satisfied with the resolution.   I have called and emailed multiple times in an attempted to schedule his repair multiple times but I have not been able to connect.  
    We appreciate the opportunity to make every customer a satisfied customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: they never did a vehicle inspection like they said. They lost the inspection report. How convenient. Also we NEVER came to an agreement on them fixing the truck. He told us he would see what he could do. And he wants to charge 6500 dollars to have it fixed when they sold the vehicle exactly how it is and know they did. I dont trust them to touch the vehicle whatsoever since they have lied about the condition and lost paperwork. I truly dont trust there work nor there word. They should be paying a shop of my choice to do the repairs and then this can be behind us. But they want to do it in house to control costs. But again I dont want them to even touch the vehicle because I am willing to bet, the work wouldnt be properly and then it would fall on me because they did the best they could. I have found someone who can PROVE they sold it in the condition it is in. But even if I proved it was done before I bought vehicle they still wouldnt pay for another shop of my choice to fix the vehicle. They have lied about master technicians inspecting vehicle and have no proof of how vehicle left the dealership.

    Leased a 2019 ********** on January 2, 2020, for a 36-month lease. The vehicle, initially a demo car with over ***** miles, was assured to still possess the full 36 months of the manufacturer's warranty when I inquired with the sales team. However, upon signing the paperwork, bringing the car home, and proceeding to register it, I discovered that the warranty had commenced in July 2019, leaving me with only 30 months of coverage.Upon raising the concern, the store manager, ****, assured me in person and via email that they would procure a 6-month warranty for the car in July 2022 if I visited the dealership. He also requested a full 5-star rating for the ******* after-sales survey in the meantime.In July 2022, after sending two emails regarding the promised warranty, I received no response from ****. Upon visiting the dealership, I was informed that **** was in a meeting, and despite assurances that a message would be left for him to call me back, I never received any such communication.It appears that there may have been a deliberate strategy to encourage positive ratings and subsequently disregard my concerns.

    I bought a vehicle from this dealership several years ago and they convinced me to purchase a dealer warranty. Approximately 12 months ago, I sold that vehicle, and the loan for the vehicle (and dealer warranty) was paid in full. In the past 12 months, I have called the dealership several times and sent e-mails in an attempt to receive the pro-rated refund for the dealer warranty. I have not been able to talk to anyone at the dealership about the issue. Every-time I call it goes to a receptionist; if I ask to be transferred to Finance, no one answers and I cant leave a message. Several times *** asked the receptionist to transfer me to someone who can specifically help me with my problem and they took my information and told me someone would call me back, and its never happened. One time, I briefly spoke to a salesperson who told me the manager was currently busy but would call me soon. This was at around 2:30pm. I called the dealership back at around 5pm, because I had not received a call from them, and the receptionist told me that the manager went home at 4:30pm. I live far enough away from this dealership that it would be a significant time investment to head to the dealership in-person to try to resolve this issue. And while I will do that if absolutely necessary, I believe that the dealerships current practice of not talking to me about a refund they owe me is very suspect.

    I'm sorry ******************** had a difficult time reaching the finance department.  I spoke with the customer and have canceled his warranty.  We were able to use his original cancellation date to maximize the refund to the customer.  I have communicated to ********************, we will be sending him a check this week.

    We purchase a vehicle from dealership Cadillac of Bellevue we purchase a warranty well after a year or so we trade the vehicle for another vehicle we supposed to get money back from the warranty company we call them and they said it was the dealership who supposed to refund our money or whatever was remaining according to miles we send all paperwork to a person its been two months we call every two days sent emails and no response at all the persons name its ***********************..

    CHEVROLET OF ******* IS A SCAM ORGANIZATION!!!July 5, 2023 Reply from Chevrolet. Nothing else to say:I do apologize that it has taken so long to hear back regarding your Repurchase Request. After submitting your case over to our Repurchase Request team, they have denied your request at this time.****** Chevrolet EV Concierge [SR:9-9811476604]-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------They knowingly sold me a brand new 2022 Chevrolet bolt EUV with defects. I noticed the backup camera not turning on, and the entire screen turned black right after driving the car from the dealership. I called the dealership on the way home, and they said it was a minor issue and would be fixed immediately. After five visits to service, time spent scheduling, going there and back, rental cars, paying for gas (mine is an electric car!!!), and weeks of repairs, it still needs to be resolved. Ready to go for the ********* option. The first and very last time I will ever consider anything from GM. So ridiculous!!!

    We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.  We are unfortunately under the guidance of ************** and have been advocating on his behalf for the repairs.  ******, the person he spoke with at customer service is from ************** not the dealership. We do not have control or decision making of ************** policy or procedure.  After **************************** BBB complaint, we continued to advocate on his behalf.  I have just learned today that ************** has discovered an internal policy error and subsequently has agreed to his original repurchase request.

    Chevolet of ******* purposely sold me a defective BRAND NEW 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV Premier vehicle. As soon as I drove off the lot, I noticed the backup camera shutting down, and a warning sign appeared on the screen. The screen went completely black - faulty wiring. Burning wires smell in the car. I took this car for service over 4 times to address this same issue. I was repeatedly taking time away from my personal needs to fix the same issue. The last time they took the entire car apart, the day after I drove out of service, the same issue continued. Not only Chevolet of ******* sold me a defective car, but they also refused to take it back through the "buy back" program. This is a ridiculous treatment of customers! There is no way the dealer did not see the error code and purposely sold me a defect. It works perfectly. The dealer sells a defective car and is paid by GM for service. It is a SCAM! People are not stupid! I have no choice but to hire an attorney and go that route.

    Mr. *** purchased his vehicle 8/5/2022.  He has brought his vehicle in for the camera issue on three separate occasions.  ********************** has been following ************** protocol to repair his back up camera concern, including replacing the camera system on his last visit. 
    We explained that Chevrolet of Bellevue has no authority to authorize a buyback.  We provided Mr. *** the customer service number to initiate a claim with Chevrolet/GM.  To date, we have not heard back from the Chevrolet buyback department.
    We value every customer and continue to work closely with Chevrolet/************** to resolve any issues that arise.

    I am rejecting this response because: you have sold me a car with defect that you can't fix. This is ridiculous! It us a $50k car!!! Is this a joke??? This is how you treat customers??? Because if this experience me and all my family and my members and everyone I know will never consider chevrolet or any GM products. This brand is dead for us...

    Took in my car for an issue with my ac. Told the dealership about my extended warranty. Theyve worked just fine with my warranty beforehand when it came to a previous issue with the exact same car. They know to call the warranty first before doing any work on the vehicle, theyve done it before. They didnt want to call the warranty for this a/c issue & performed work on the car. Called me after I told them to process the claim with the warranty. Wants me to pay for the claim, was told be techn or customer service that they did work on the car and didnt call warranty first and even told me they knew that it might not be covered. They did not have permission to work on the car like that and have worked with my car and warranty before so I dont understand how they somehow forgot to call the warranty. Is trying to get me to pay the **** and still wont call the warranty. I called the warranty and they confirmed that yes the work done on the car without my or the warranties permission was not covered & still has not called warranty because they knew from the beginning I assume

    I spoke with the customer and explained that there was no ****.  The customer was not charged because we were unable to duplicate her concern during the inspection.  The warranty company was not called because we could not detect a problem.  The customer indicated she was happy with my explanation and outcome.  She informed me she would try to remove the BBB complaint.
