I bought a car sticker price off the lot in 2021 summer. Have not been on a trip have about 21,000 miles on my jeep. Had a little bump and took it to the body shop. (Body Shop did do an excellent Job and Todd is GREAT) I noticed I needed it inspected as well so I asked to send it to the service department to kill to birds with one stone basically. get it all done. They called me a the end of the day and said (A GIRL) your two front tires failed inspection.. you have two options... pay 950 for two brand new tires or I thought she said 840 for 4 brand new tires. Im like what...? My tires had tread on them. Never the less I told them to reject it. When I left I took it to two other places to get second opinions.... BOTH SAID the tires had enough tread on them to pass. ? Now... Mr. Craig *****? Do you care that you are doing this to people or is it all about money? I already bought a car sticker price off your lot, and take there for service.... NO MORE...... thank you body shop man you were nice and good, caring and did a good job...he gets a 10 star but service gets a 0! I prefer not to leave my name but you will know who I am look up your records.... you rejected my car... so I have to drive around with a rejection sticker on a brand new car with tread on my tires.... I will buy tires of course... but not from you.... or nothing else from your place. Beware of inspections there people...... beware....

BEWARE !!! Will bait and switch. Talks a good game on the phone, when you get there, the managers will give you the run around and not honor original deal. I drove my son, his wife (who just had c-section a week before) and week old grandbaby to buy a car. We drove from 1 1/2 hours away. We called in advance and asked them to hold the vehicle, The manager agreed. When we got there, we found out they sold it. I asked why they didn't call, the sales person explained his manager would not allow it. The manager said we could choose from small pick ups. I repeated we needed suv because of baby. Manager shrugged - sorry. They knew we had a brand new baby in the car and said they would accommodate and then litterally sold the vehicle while we were driving there... that's not just bad business - that's evil. SNAKE OIL salesman!

They lie about inspections n get u to sight an I owe you n then the they stoked inspection sheet out of dash because I called state police on them they told me a bunch of lies to make the sale . Do not do business with Dan ******** or Wes or Tom . They are dishonest n will do u wrong n laugh n your face. N tell u well u dined the papers Duncan are crooks n stand by all employees when they lie to you

Simply put... I purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 from Duncan. Only when I had it inspected for the first time ( a year after purchase) I found out from the inspectors it had no catalytic converter and no ERG system. They had been removed by either the previous owner or Duncan. It is illegal to sell a vehicle in Va without these. When I notified them immediately they basically laughed at me, however (the sales manager) did tell me to bring in the truck and they would inspect it and pass it. This is also illegal. So they broke the law once, then they were willing to break the law again to cover it up. I have all the documented proof and instance when I notified the State Police on the matter. This should tell you something about the people you deal with at Duncan. They love to take your money, however, fix an error on their part? Nope. Its ok. I kinda believe in Karma, so the bad and corrupt will come back to them. I did not file a complaint with the BBB against Duncan. Nothing would be done and it would be a waste of time. BBB does very little investigating and always takes the side of the Business that screws you.
