      I purchased a range from Tepperman’s in July of 2022 and have come to discover that the item is now discontinued with the manufacturer. I never received any notification from Tepperman’s stating the item is discontinued. Parts and servicing are now more difficult to find as the product is now longer being manufactured. I spent upwards of $1,300.00 on this product only for it to be discontinued. Had I known that, this model would not have been an option. The burners on the range have already started peeling and don’t heat properly. I have requested an invoice from Tepperman’s on the item as I can’t remember if a warranty was purchased, but they have not provided that. * ** ******** ******* **** ******** ********* ****** ** ******* *** ****** ** **** ** **** **** ****** ** *** ******** ***** ** *****

      This complaint is in regards to the breakdown of a defective part on a Sectional / Sofa that caused a significant loss of cushion support This breakdown occurred on November 29th, 2021. Originally Teppermans said that the repair would not be covered by them despite the Manufactures Warranty that was in good standing. After several, numerous and frustrating phone conversations with many of Teppermans customer Service Agents they finally consented that they would complete the repair (conducted by one of their personnel) which they placed a value of $125.00 Despite previously saying they could complete the repair in a couple of days they then informed me that it would not be completed until January 5th which I explained was unacceptable given that we were expecting visitors over the Christmas period. Just prior to Christmas, and having not heard from Teppermans about fixing the unit I had to make arrangements to get the unit fixed, which I was able to accomplish On January 7th, 2022 I mailed to the attention of one of the owners a 3 page letter of complaint describing in chronological order the frustrating phone conversations and lack of customer service and inability to complete basic request's after several request's to do so. On January 12th, I received an email from the owners Personal Assistant My interactions with this person has been extremely frustrating and in keeping with the service (or lack thereof) with Teppermans Customer Service On January 22nd I received confirmation by email that Teppermans would reimburse myself $125.00 for the repair but nothing for the inconvenience and frustrations experiencede Afterwards this person agreed to include additionally a $150.00 Gift Certificate which I declined as I have no intentions of returning to Teppermans. On February 3rd I emailed again enquiring when I could expect to receive the $125.00 cheque and was told early the next week, i.e. Feb. 7th / 8th. I emailed again Feb 18 and have not rec'd any response

      Please be advised that I did not communicate with persons at Teppermans of Sarnia.
      After not being able to get a resolution to my complaint having spoken with various Teppermans C/S employees, it was suggested to me that I should submit my letter of complaint to ************, Personal Assistant to*****************, who incidentally, I mailed a copy of my letter to also.
      **** has all my invoice information, my letter and subsequent email communications, so I would suggest he is the person you should contact.
      I probably could have mentioned him by name in my complaint letter but thought that would be inappropriate.

      We have confirmed that a cheque in the amount of $125.00 has been mailed out on February 24, 2022 from our Windsor location and should be received any day.

      Yesterday, March 3rd, it was brought to my attention that the cheque you speak of issued by Teppermans was sent to our friend who has an account with Teppermans and under whose account our sofa was purchased. The cheque is made out in her name and there is no letter of apology enclosed.
      This matter has been continuing without satisfaction since the end of November, 2021 and the ineptitude, incompetence or intentional and / or deliberate actions to cause ongoing upset and annoyance continue.
      I fail to understand why you were informed that a cheque had been issued and mailed out on February 24, when in early February ************ informed me in his email that I would receive the cheque already prepared early in the week of February 7. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ******* In my follow up email to him (early February) I gave him specific instruction to send the cheque to me at the address noted on my letter of complaint. I did this because I had no confidence for them to send the cheque to the right person at the right address. This was based on the fact that they (C/S Agents) could never call me directly to my phone, they either my friends phone or my wifes.
      I am completely disillusioned with the culture of Teppermans and will be quick to share my experience with anyone that ask's me for Furniture stores to purchase from. I will await your follow-up. Thank you for reading this. ************
