QVC took advantage of my elderly mother and refused to issue her a refund.We tried out a mobile scooter for my elderly mother that didnt end up working out. We properly packaged it back up and dropped off at a *** location nearby. We followed every detailed instruction that was included in the packing slip. I still have the receipt from *** confirming that the package was dropped off with him.*** lost the package somehow. QVC continued to charge my mother the monthly installment payments, even though they knew the return is initiated.They refused to stop the monthly payments because they have not received the item yet. Customer representative I spoke to, which all seem like older women, told me that I needed to get the item back to them. This is not how that works. Once the customer drops off the package with *** and *** confirms, it is no longer the customers responsibility.Since they constantly refused to issue a refund or stop the monthly payments, we had to resort to disputing the charges with our bank to make sure that they could not pull any more money from an item that we no longer had. This also resulted in us having to do a chargeback.QVC preys on the elderly community by manipulation and incompetence. Do not order anything from them as they do not care about their customers, elderly or not.
