El 24 de enero del 2022, fui a la tienda de muebles, a mi esposo y a mi nos gustaron unos muebles y le explicamos a la muchacha que estaban lindos pero no tenan buena condiciones a lo que ella ******* no son esos, ellos le envan unos nuevos en 1 o 2 semanas, finalmente di un pago de 500 us el de la entrega ( en dos das me entregaron) complete el pago de ******, entonces cuando me entregan los muebles resulta que me enviaron los mimos daados que estaban en la tienda, peor an cuando lo entraron a mi casa se rompieron ms ( el delivery ?? forz mucho y rompieron bastante ) unos muebles en letter con un valor de ms de ***** us, cuando le dije no los quiero estn en muy malas condiciones yo compre unos muebles nuevos ( nunca llegaron en caja ) ellos hasta me pintaron las patas con un marcador, llamo a la mueblera de inmediata y le digo me rompieron los muebles cuando lo entraron, le enve foto por correo, me dicen vamos a revisar ( es mircoles) jueves voy a la mueblera ( me dicen el sbado paso a chequear) nunca llegan ( es lunes 31 de enero ) no lo vamos a cambiar su puerta es muy pequea !!! Le digo pero no es mi culpa no tenan que entrarlo as forzado . No he tocado los muebles, solo pido que me den unos muebles nuevos y me reembolsen mi dinero!

I tell him but it's not my fault they didn't have to force him in like that. I have not touched the furniture, I only ask that they give me some new furniture and refund my money!
