I was just charged $70.60 on my card and I want to cancel asap!! I was not aware that I would not get a notice before you would automatically renew or subscribe me to a huge price hike. During the time of order, there should have been a message highlighting the benefits of Refill and Save along with the specific terms and conditions indicating any additional charges of the service before completing your order. We have a three-step verification process, including a preview of the product summary when adding to the cart, viewing your entire cart (highlighting all Refill and Save options), as well as having clear terms and conditions directly above the button before completing any purchase. We have cancelled the Refill and Save auto shipment program as of 9/18/24. There is an order already in transit but may be returned for a full refund. There will be no other shipments sent and no further charges. Dear *************************,We are sorry for any frustration you experienced with trying our Healthy Directions product. We are showing on 4/2/24, you submitted an online trial offer for a free 14-day supply to the Berberine GlucoGOLD with paying only $5.99 for the shipping. The offer terms agreed to by submitting the order stated that you would have an 18-day trial period and then a new monthly supply would be shipped, and every 30 days thereafter unless cancelled. This was agreed to when the box was checked that you agree to the Billing Terms. Since we did not receive a cancellation request, the first monthly supply shipped on 4/23/24 to the provided shipping address and tracking confirms the successful delivery on 5/6/24. We cancelled the Refill and Save auto shipment program on 4/23/24 per your email request. We were not informed about you not receiving the trial order. We did provide information about the new monthly supply already being shipped and provided the return information for a full refund. We have not received the order returned to the warehouse. If you have a return tracking number to provide, we would be able to process the refund. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Dear *********************, We are sorry for the frustration you have experienced in attempting to cancel your Healthy Directions product. We show on 3/31/24, you submitted an online trial offer order for the 14-day supply of the GlucoGold with Berberine agreeing to the Refill and Save auto shipment program enrollment for placing the trial order. The terms stated that you would have a 18-day trial period and then a new monthly supply would automatically ship, and every 30-days afterwards unless the program was cancelled. We show the first monthly supply shipped on 4/19/24 since we did not receive a cancellation request. On 4/20/24, you phoned our customer service about the new order, and we explained it was already in transit to you but could be returned for a full refund. We then received a PayPal billing agreement cancellation on 4/21/24, however we had already cancelled the program from your call the previous day. We show that you submitted a Chargeback on the order that had been shipped. We do show that you called customer service again on 4/26/24 requesting return information. We have not yet received the order returned to our warehouse for a refund. We would still accept the order for a full refund once its received by our warehouse. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are showing the first order submitted on 3/17/24 was through our online St. Patrick’s Day special sale pricing. You had ordered a 1-month supply of the Berberine GlucoGOLD and a 3 -month supply of the Vision Essentials Gold as one-time orders. We show another online order submitted on 3/23/24 through our March Madness sale for a 6-month supply of the Berberine GlucoGOLD at 55% off, agreeing to the Refill & Save auto shipment program of a new supply being shipped every 180-days. We are showing that you had called on 3/18/24, 3/22/24, and on 3/23/24 requesting for orders to be placed with new sales that you had seen online. We explained any online sale would need to be placed through the website link provided for any new order being submitted. We also explained that we would not be able to use any new promotion codes on past orders already submitted. We then show that you called back on 3/29/24 to cancel the Refill & Save auto shipment membership, which we processed. On any of the calls that you placed with us did you notify us of receiving incorrect product from what you ordered. We did not overcharge your card as the orders were submitted online by yourself with the special sales that you logged in for. I have tried several times just to cancel my subscription order or what ever they are calling it I was told I would have to call and never got an answer then I was told to email and never got a reply. I just wish to cancel the order I was also charged 117.00 and 56 dollars for something I don’t even understand. This company is a Disgrace!! They send me 3-4 mailings every week!! It's insane! I've called them twice about this issue and they still keep Harassing me with mailings! I called them again today and she put me on hold for several minutes and did't get back to me. I called again and requested to speak to a supervisor and she wanted to put me on hold. I placed an order for a product consisting of three bottles, each containing 30 capsules. However, I received just one bottle containing 90 capsules. This is not the item I originally ordered, and the change was made without informing me. To make matters worse, I've been informed that I must bear the cost of returning the incorrect item, which is entirely their mistake. When I contacted customer service, they indicated that they frequently receive calls with similar complaints. We show your order was fulfilled using our economical value-sized bottle(s). This means you have fewer bottles to store and ensures you always pay the lowest price for your product. The larger bottle contains a full 3-month supply based on the suggested usage, so the pill count was correct. We do show that you returned the product back to us on 9/13/23 and have issued a full refund for $64.93 that you were charged for the 3-month supply.

Purchased a trial bottle for $5 of berberine. Several days later they shipped me another bottle for a full value of $59 which I never asked for because I never subscribed for a repeat order. When I tried to talk to them, the agent never even let me finish my sentence and kept yelling over me. Per our conversation on 8/29/23, we explained that when you took advantage of the Trial Offer online that you would have an 18-day trial period and then a new 30-day supply would automatically ship as part of the Refill and Save program. We understand that you may not have fully understood. We cancelled the membership and had given return instructions to send the order in transit back for a refund.
We did receive the order returned on 9/21/23, but we were not able to process the refund due to the Chargeback status through your financial institution. We would need to allow your bank to finish their investigation, or you can drop the dispute. If you would like to drop the chargeback, we would be happy to issue a refund check sent by mail to you.

Never finished the trial bottle but they are already sending me a new one for a full price of $59. I never signed up for repeat shipments. When I tried to discuss it with the company the agent was so obnoxious that he kept yelling over me never allowing me to finish the sentence. So beware.Review from Sara S

I tried a trial and did not like the product. In the meantime they’ve been trying to charge my card $57. Thank goodness I have it locked. So I went to my online account to cancel and there is absolutely no subscription or order to cancel. So I emailed customer service to cancel and haven’t received a reply. This feels very fraudulent. They are trying to charge me for an order that doesn’t exist and won’t reply. Sounds like maybe I need to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
