Proven honesty and competency! I had a new oven delivered today. The **** ***** technician told me that the oven did not work because a breaker NEEDED to be replaced, as he explained was based on the Error code that showed on the display (low power). I was told to call a electrician to replace the breaker. I found Hyman and chose him because of proven 51 years in business. I have never used them before so I was ONLY a potential new customer. Instead of immediately scheduling a visit, he told me they wanted to SAVE ME MONEY, if possible. With patience and care ON THE PHONE, he walked me through my breaker box and had me switch it twice, then back to my oven, and it worked! He even explained why the low power code initially appeared then disappeared...due to the smart system rebooting. I then baked my cookies! Another electrician would have come right out and at least charged me a service call visit minimum charge. We don't have many left like Hyman Electric, but I will now make his company my Electrician of choice.Review from Tara S

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from William G. Hyman Electric Inc. The professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge demonstrated by both Mr. H**** and Jeremy was incredibly refreshing and deeply appreciated. When I called Mr. H**** to discuss my electrical issue, he took the time to listen attentively and to ask critical questions that helped me to better understand the work that needed to be done, to resolve my time-sensitive issue. He then went a step further by scheduling me for a same-day appointment. I was very appreciative of the quality of customer service Mr. H**** rendered to me by telephone. I was even more impressed by the electrician he sent to my home. Jeremy was punctual, amiable, incredibly intelligent, and highly skillful. He addressed and fully resolved my issue and did so in a highly efficient manner. I was thoroughly pleased with the quality of his work and the phenomenal customer experience he enabled me to have. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for top-notch electric services, look no further!Review from Kai G

I thought I had a bad GFCI which resulted in losing power to the refrigerator late on Sunday night. I called Mr. Hyman first thing Monday morning and he walked me through diagnosing the problem over the telephone, and he resolved my issue right then and there! He also suggested some follow-up steps for me to take to ensure the problem did not recur! I’ll be using his company from now on and will happily refer my friends to him!
