      I am writing to share my disappointing experience with AutoNation Honda Dulles, particularly regarding the dealerships misleading practices concerning financing and the cancellation of my ************** During the purchase process, the finance director advised me to forgo a down payment, even though I had cash available, and assured me it would be in my best financial interest with the option to refinance later at a lower rate also pushed me to buy other products. Unfortunately, this advice led to higher costs and the automatic cancellation of my ************* after refinancingsomething that was never disclosed to me during the sales process.When I contacted the dealership to resolve this issue, they refused to take accountability, despite the fact that resolving the ************* refund would have been a simple process of submitting a request to the insurance provider. Multiple attempts to contact the dealership, both via email and in person, were met with poor communication and no willingness to ********* add to the frustration, the finance director denied advising me to go with zero down payment, claiming that they never said anything like that. Since this was a verbal conversation, they now refuse to admit the guidance they provided, which highlights the lack of transparency and integrity.I strongly believe this could be a tactic used to take advantage of inexperienced customers, especially those unfamiliar with car financing. If you have faced a similar experience, I encourage you to share your story as well. This is not just about a financial loss but about how trust in both the dealership and the Honda brand has been eroded.Potential customers should be cautious when dealing with this dealership. Ensure everything is documented in writing and be wary of advice that may not be in your best interest.

      AutoNation (AN) Honda Dulles has never fixed the defect headlight. Unreliable, irresponsible, untrusty, extremely poor customer services Sunday, April 02, 2023: My wife and I spent the whole afternoon signing and buying a Honda Passport. The dealer found out the Passport was unsaleable, due to the recent recall, although it had been advertised on CarFax Saturday, May 13: Again, my wife and I spent the whole afternoon at the dealership to buy a different 2020 Honda Passport Touring. The Passport was NOT ready for delivery until Monday afternoon. Wednesday, May 17: We picked up the Passport, even though the dealer promised delivery on Monday, May 15, though it was not available for delivery until Tuesday, 12:30 PM. Saturday, May 20: NO responses in two days from AutoNation Honda Dulles after two phone calls, one voice message, three emails, and one chat. The dealer responded they would work on fixing the Left Headlight with water condensation. Friday, May 26: The dealer said our Passport under 36 month warranty, and our local Honda dealer would fix the headlight for us. Saturday, May 27: Our local Honda dealer said AutoNation had to fix the headlight. Do NOT advertise and sell your vehicles, when they are NOT ready for delivery and free of repair. AutoNation Honda Dulles deposited our 50%+ down payment check very quickly. However, all of its services and responses have been extremely slow (up to one week). We are extremely frustrated and never wish to come back to this dealer. We wish no buyers ever would have experienced as we did at this dealer. Extremely poor services. Never recommended this dealer.
