            I live at Huntington at King Farm since 2016. Started off in a 1bdrm no issues. Moved to a 3 bdrm no problem. Moved into a Townhouse July 2020 and here come the mice issues immediately. I have caught at least 4 mice. I have reached out to the landlord and also have ***** coming every month. Each time the landlord sends their maintenance person over they close a new hole. Why didn't they close all of the holes before? At this point it feels like they are coming up with excuses or something to do to keep us quiet. I have an infant which is why I need to move out into another place. But I'm not getting any help other than hey lets close another hole. ***** has said there are coming from behind the cabinets. My little girl plays on the floor in her play area all of time and I'm not comfortable with this. I would like them to place us somewhere else and pay for the move since this isn't a decision I want but forced to do.

            Poorly maintained apartments, cheaply made, things break easily and the office staff is not helpful. Two times in one month our apartment flooded, we were forced to move out for two weeks, and they will not reimburse us rent for that time. During the repairs, our belongings were thrown around haphazardly and damaged, and we were never told when we could return. I have now heard of three other people in this apartment complex that had this exact same flooding issue. The people working in the office seem to be in denial that this is a problem.
