Unfortunately, this advice led to higher costs and the automatic cancellation of my ************* after refinancingsomething that was never disclosed to me during the sales process.When I contacted the dealership to resolve this issue, they refused to take accountability, despite the fact that resolving the ************* refund would have been a simple process of submitting a request to the insurance provider. Multiple attempts to contact the dealership, both via email and in person, were met with poor communication and no willingness to ********* add to the frustration, the finance director denied advising me to go with zero down payment, claiming that they never said anything like that. Since this was a verbal conversation, they now refuse to admit the guidance they provided, which highlights the lack of transparency and integrity.I strongly believe this could be a tactic used to take advantage of inexperienced customers, especially those unfamiliar with car financing.
