            An Assessment was sent out to recoup the cost of snow removal ($650) from the prior winter Dec 2022 - Feb 2023. We moved in in July 2023. The costs shouldnt come from ** since we did not live in the home during that time. We spoke with our realtor and our title company - this should not be our issue. The cost should have been taken care of from the previous owner.Tree removal, we have a tree that is damaging our home. We were told its not a priority for the company. We offered to cover the costs, but they said that it was in a communal space. Why are we paying a monthly fee and why isnt it a priority if the tree is causing damage to our him.Communication is a nightmare, if we do not get a phone call from the business and the issues resolved we will take legal action.

            Awful mgmt. Very inexperienced. No proven plans including those w disabilities. *** non compliant. Non compliant structures. Code Enforcement fines and penalties. No experience with executing let alone implementing structural plans w workers. Filthy structures without mgmt knowing or learning what they need to do for compliance w federal and state laws. Employees if HOA STRATEGIES, unlawfully manage properties regularly using methods which, are strictly failures due to a conflict of interests. Hire dib contractors t the expense of tenant rights both federal and **** non compliance to simply profit
