    I ordered 2 replacement screen protector for my iPhone 12s on 4/3/24 order # ******** costing $9.99 for shipping. I received an email on 4/11/24 stating it had shipped via **** and a tracking # was given. I have tried to track the package but it states the package has not been picked up by the carrier. I have sent 2 emails to the company with no response. I contacted them by phone and sat on hold for 36 mins waiting for someone to pick up before I was unable to wait any longer. I am still trying to locate my package or request reimbursement.

    So frustrated! I ordered an iPhone 15 pro max case charger for $99. and it’s too small Contacted customer support and they asked me to send a picture of my phone against the charger which I immediately did I never heard back and I emailed several times. I’ve been on hold now for 33 minutes so far. I wish I checked the company’s reviews before ordering. I want my money back! I wouldn’t even give them one star but it was required!

    Thank you for reaching out to us about the mophie juice pack iPhone 15 Pro *** you received on April 12th, not fitting your device. We understand how frustrating it is to wait for a response, and we assure you, it is just as frustrating for us as well. We want to resolve our customers' concerns quickly and efficiently. Your first contact with us was on Friday, April 12th, where you provided pictures of your device and the juice pack together. On Monday, April 15th, we responded to you asking for additional information. On Tuesday, April 16th, we asked you for the name on the box you received, and we never received a response. We had to repeat the question again on April 23rd, and again yesterday May 6th, with our agent ****, in which he reiterated the same question. Before we can continue with a resolution, we will need to know the name on the box that we sent. If you could respond to ****, and provide a picture of the box, he can get started on a resolution. However, we are bypassing the photo of the box we asked you for, and we have gone ahead and issued you a return shipping label that was emailed to the email on file with us, be sure to check spam or junk folder if not received in your normal in box. This is so you can return the juice pack to us at our expense. Once we receive the item, we are happy to issue a full refund at that time. All our questions should have been presented to you in our very first response, instead of taking three separate emails. We are sincerely sorry for the miscommunication we caused which may have led to confusion on your part, so we are providing the necessary coaching of the first agent who reached out to you so that this does not happen to any other customer. Again, we apologize for causing you undue frustration.
