    I ordered 2 replacement screen protector for my iPhone 12s on 4/3/24 order # ******** costing $9.99 for shipping. I received an email on 4/11/24 stating it had shipped via **** and a tracking # was given. I have tried to track the package but it states the package has not been picked up by the carrier. I have sent 2 emails to the company with no response. I contacted them by phone and sat on hold for 36 mins waiting for someone to pick up before I was unable to wait any longer. I am still trying to locate my package or request reimbursement.

    Order a screen protector and they sent me a empty envelope. I called and was on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up. Done a chat with zagg and they promised a response today by email. After several hours I still have not heard from them. Zagg use to have good customer service but now they are terrible.

    We are terribly sorry if we made an error and sent you an empty package. It is certainly upsetting to be waiting for an order only to get it and then realize there is something wrong. It is equally upsetting for us at ZAGG as well. We want you to have a great experience with us, so when we fail to provide that service, we want to make it right. We can tell you concerning your situation, you contacted us on Monday, April 29th at 12:15pm and we had a new order placed for you in less than an hour, April 29th, by 1:01pm. Your free re-fulfillment order has shipped, and you can find the ***** tracking number if you log into the @yahoo.com account on ZAGG.com. Again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience or frustration we have caused you.
