I made a special request for a blade and not only was it done but the customer service was polite, prompt and professional! I responded to the email I got for confirmation the moment I could and the response was just as prompt making me feel like my order mattered and not just another customer. Always have had great experiences working with this company. Recently I bought a high-end benchmade and it came with a free promotional banner. The knife was perfect but the had a stitching defect.
