I pulled a detailed credit report a couple of months ago and on my account with Great Lakes Educational Loan Services, Inc. there is a 120 day late payment without a previous 30,60,90 days late. How can I be 120 days late in March 2019 and paid on time April 2019. I would like for Great Lakes Educational Loan Services, Inc. to update my account with them to paid as agreed.

The review confirmed all required data was provided to the CRAs
accurately at the time it was furnished. Great Lakes is unable to adjust the data furnished from June 2018
through February 2019 as the delinquencies led to default.
Delinquencies furnished to the CRAs in the months leading to default are not removed from credit files,
even after the loan is rehabilitated or paid in full. Each CRA determines how long data will remain in a
consumer’s files. ****** ******** may contact the CRAs using the contact information on the last page to
discuss when this data may be purged from her files.
Please direct additional questions or concerns regarding the loans to the Default Resolution Group and
FedLoan Servicing as indicated in the enclosed letters.
