Back in January (this is now July), I asked o just change my number. ***** decided to add another line instead. I've been fighting with Tmobile ever since while they seal my money every month, forcing me to continue to pay for two lines instead of my only one.

On February 9th, I initiated the process to port my three phone lines from ******** to my new carrier. However, I have experienced significant issues with this transition. Initially, all three lines were supposed to be transferred, but due to errors with the port pin provided by ********, one of the lines could not be successfully transferred. As a result, my phone has only been functional on Wi-Fi.My new carrier has contacted ******** multiple times to resolve this issue, but without success. They even resorted to a carrier-to-carrier written request, yet the problem remains unresolved. Despite these ongoing issues, I recently received a bill from ******** for $394.86 for the line that could not be transferred. This amount is extraordinarily high considering that my monthly bill for all three lines was $140.72.When I contacted ******** for clarification, their representative, *****, informed me that the charge is due to the fact that the lines were transferred before my new bill was generated. This explanation is both illogical and unfair, as it implies, I am being charged an exorbitant amount for a service that has not been provided.I feel this situation constitutes a form of robbery, as I am being billed excessively for a line that ******** has yet to release, causing significant inconvenience and stress. My Last Payment was on January 20th, if anything I should have a prorated fee for the days the line was connected.

******** reps lie online regularly. I have 5 phone lines and own 4 phones. I returned the last leased phone after the lease expired and PUCHASED a new phone and now I am being billed for a new leased phone. When I called I was told I was sold a lease despite the paperwork saying I purchased the phone and would be paying installment payments. I also was told 3 lines had a more expensive service fee because of an "upgrade" without my consent and they can not tell me what the update was for and this alone is costing me $45 a month more. I am currently shopping for another carrier and ******** is should not have A business rating because it hurts BBB's reputation.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Assurant, a partner of ********* regarding a recent issue with my cellular device. I have been a loyal customer of ******** for close to 11 years and have utilized ********* services for my phone insurance needs during this period.Recently, I had to send my phone to Assurant for a claim. Following the instructions provided, I packaged my phone securely and sent it through the mail. The package included all required contents and was tracked to ensure its delivery. However, after several months, I received a notification that ******** was charging me for the phone, citing that it was lost in the mail.Upon investigation, I discovered that the package had been held for an extended period without any updates. Despite my continuous follow-up, I was eventually informed that the contents of the package were now missing. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain, as I am being held responsible for a phone that was lost under ********* custody.I find it unacceptable that Assurant has not taken responsibility for this issue. The package was in their possession for months, and the sudden disappearance of its contents is both troubling and unprofessional. As a long-standing customer, I expect a higher level of service and accountability.I am seeking immediate resolution to this matter, including the removal of any charges related to the lost phone and an investigation into the mishandling of my package. I hope that through this review, Assurant and ******** will address this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

******** was better before Sprint involved . Very poor service, low quality signal. Pyaing full price and poor service affects all my devices.I have tried all the usual and standard instructions. Plus a week ago an Employee on the phone told me he would put in a work request and email the information. Never happened. He did track it down to a Tower issue. This all bait and switch typical of Sprint. They were awful when we tried them in years past. Aparently nothing has changed. I want them investigated for selling service at 100% and service provided is often only half that or way, way less. I live in a 5G area fully covered by the ******** Coverage Map. This is on going since mid December. The loss of signal, the buffering, page freezes, and weak signal is infuriating. Widowed December 3, 2023. Moved to **** the 9th. Have complained at least three or four times, results are always the same NOTHING. I have three days of random time stamps of the speed check, plus the modum signal showing times and weak signal. It has never been 100% since I got here. I think they owe me a refund of half my billing for 7 months. I never miss a payment.

On feb 3rd 2024 I did an online chat with *********** about upgrading one of the phones on my plan as I was unable to view prices online by myself. (Never had this issue while with sprint only this became a problem after the merge with tmobile) went threw several options and he told me I qualified for a ****** pixel 8 and I would get it free with a 2 yr contract and that I would have a credit on my account for the cost of the phone until it was paid off sort of speak. I verified with him at least twice I would not be charged for the phone and how the promotion worked. I agreed and he processed the transaction after I paid taxes and a activation fee (almost $90). Received the phone a few days layer via ***** or **** First month came and went and I noticed a $30 increase in my bill assuming it came from an activation fee on another phone I purchased outright. Next month same thing. Next month same thing so I called as I was not able to log in online to view my bill. Turned out I was being charged for the pixel. Rep refunded as she seen the chat history with the other rep and she honored that. Next month charged again. That rep was rude and argued with me the whole time. I requested a supervisor. Supervisor said higher up would review and I'd get a call back in a few days. Never happened. Called again immediately requested a sup went threw the whole thing again was told I'd get a call back and I received a text confirming the call back day and time. Received the call back a day after the promise date. Even with everything noted in my account ********************** is refusing to honor the promotion on the phone saying I never qualified. Yet original rep said I did (I have screenshots of that entire conversation). "Best" he could do is credit my account $400 for a $699 phone. It is not my fault if I was told wrong. I was clearly told I qualified and I would never be charged for the phone. I've had nothing but problems since the merge and currently looking for a new provider.
