The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.On January 28th, 2021 the business entered into a Settlement Agreement with the State of Utah Department of Commerce. The Assurance settles allegations that the business violated the Health Spa Services protection Act. Under terms of the Assurance, the business agreed to cease and desist operating a health spa facility in Utah unless Respondent first complies with the registration, bonding, and other requirements imposed by the HSSPA and pay the unsuspended portion of the fine stipulated in Section 4 of this Agreement of $750.00 on or before December 31, 2021. The Assurance was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
