    I had the pleasure of chatting with ***** ***** from SecurityMetrics today, after several frustrating (and long) phone interactions with ************* and GlobalPayments. ***** was not only incredibly helpful, sympathetic, and knowledgeable, but she was also cheerful and funny! My business situation had extenuating circumstances that made my case a bit more complicated, and she handled them all with professionalism and expediency.
