  tis company, Any Hour Electric, Plumbing, took up all the parking on the street. their trailer is hanging out in our driveway enough to make it hard to get in. I asked the workers to move it and they refused. i called the company and complained and let them know the trailer was parked in front of our driveway. they said they would take care of it and told me they would call me back. they never called back and didn't move the trailer. they are working at the house across the street. there is plenty of room on the street right around the corner for the big truck and trailer to park.

  Very professional they fix what you need without trying to take advantage. They take you around and show you what needs to be repaired so you are aware of what actually needs to be fixed. I had someone tell me something could not be repaired and they are going to fix it for me I have always been satisfied with them and always call them for anything I need repaired in my home. They installed a new air and heating system and a hot water heater and I have them maintenance it and have always been impressed with everything they do.

  We had a water heater break and I cannot tell you how amazing this company was, and how kind they were! If I could give 10 plus stars I would. Their customer service is unparalleled. I would recommend over and over again.

  We had so many things need work at the same time, the cost and disruption was just horrific. One was a brand new water heater in an apartment above our new garage that we cant rent due to city codes. Every time we used the hot water, a sulfur smell chased us out, and we had to empty the water heater tank each time we used it. The only option was to go tankless, and the only tankless that would work was a gas one. We had to have a gas line installed. In order to avoid the newly poured cement, we had to trench most of our back yard. Doing it ourselves with the huge river rocks under our lawn would have taken years. We had to call the experts. We had a team of four working nearly every day for about a week, and they worked HARD. With temperatures in the 100s, and two days hitting 105, it was a lot to ask, but the team did it like they werent even hitting their full stride yet. They brought their own food and water, but if it gets that hot and you have a shade canopy where theyll be working, please put it up for them. They will decline it, but it helps so much when it gets that hot around here. Just do it. They deserve any breaks they can get-seriously. They had all the right equipment, including a professional trencher they drove carefully through the yard. Of course they broke a few sprinkler pipes, which was unavoidable, but easy to fix with the hole open. Clean, respectful, they always wore their little booties in the house when they replaced the water softener in the main basement. They had to put one in the extension, too, and the space there was so cramped, they suggested it and the tankless unit be installed in the garage. It was something I wouldnt even have considered, and is so much better! Saves us dragging 40 or 50 pound bags of salt up 19 stairs to the apartment, and is accessible for any maintenance required as we go forward. I especially appreciated them ordering a smaller, square salt barrel for the apartment. I recommend Any Hour, anytime.

  I contacted any hour explained that I was exchanging my bathroom fixture, I explained that almost everything was removed but that I had two nuts that I didn't have the right tool. I was informed that since I had done most of the work it wouldn't be that much and that they had a $39 dollar fee. when the tech showed up he said that they had a MINIMUM charge of $189. To loosen two nuts! That's a day and a half of work for me, and it would have taken him a half hour. This is bait and switch. I should have been told on the phone about the minimum charge!

  I received excellent service from ***************** Their employee ***************************** spent 2 long days completing rewiring my sprinkler system including my required pump and testing to make sure everything was working. He discovered another problem I have which I will schedule to have it fixed. I was so impressed with everyone & keeping me posted and informed. I will always contacted them when I am having issues
