  ****** ***** originally came out to see about fixing a overflow pipe in the Laundry room but after replacing - comes to find out that did not work and no charge to us. Thank you ****** referred that maybe snaking the pipe will help.****** ****** came out a couple of couple of days later to snake and give us some more insite on what to do next. seems to be working but still get a little back flow of water coming out.Thank you for taking the time to explain so that I understood what was happening and what could be done

  Nic S came out to do some routine furnace inspections for us. He was professional and courteous. He really went above and beyond to look into some of the issues weve been having (including crawling into the attic TWICE). Good, honest advice was shared on the things we can do to keep our furnaces in proper working condition.

  The technicians assigned to the job were either inexperienced or simply didn't care about their quality of work. The *** installed was one of the worst I've ever seen. Pipes were only partially pushed onto fittings before being crimped, leaving crimp rings improperly placed, sometimes as far as 3/4 inch off, raising serious concerns about potential leaks. They wedged a 2x4 between the studs without securing it and patched the hole themselves to hide the poor workmanship ( this was the only hole that they patched up themselves in the entire home). To compensate for a crooked shower valve, they over-tightened one side of the trim to pull it into place. It took them three visits to properly install the shower valve and tub spout. In the basement, the water lines under the skin were unevenly stubbed out, one was 3 inches higher and the other 6 inches longer than the other. The shut valves didn't match, one with angle stop and the other and straight stop and none of the lines were secured. At the washer box, the hot water *** line was barley attached to the fitting before being crimped. Additionally, they used plastic fittings despite being told they only use ******** the kicthen, they over shot the pre-existing hole for the stub out and didnt bother to cut it back, which causes tension on the line. The failed to install a double shut off valve for the dishwasher.Installation of the tankless water heater was equally concerning. The wedged the temperature and pressure relief valve against a stud, leaving it unable to function properly in the event of a malfunction. Sewer system installation. We discovered they hadn't replaced the drainpipe for the basement bathroom sink, which leaked and damaged the drywall, which we had to replace. When we notified Any Hour, they were dismissive.

  Super professional extremely knowledgeable. Were very informative of the whole process gave recommendations and reasons as to why. They gave me options so I had choices and made me comfortable with using them over anyone else. Very fair price and quality work. I cant say enough how much I would recommend them for everything! Kept us from getting scammed to add to the bargain.

  The crew of *****, ***** and **** *. Just finished a big job of replacing my entire water line from the street to my basement. They were here for a bit over eight hours forty feet of a five foot deep trench. All new structure installed from the street side water meter to my basement with all new fixtures. They cleaned it up well and filled in the trench with the dirt and packed it well. I am very pleased with the job done, expensive to have old line replaced but a leak made it mandatory . Nice thoughtful guys. Thank you Any Time.**********************************
