1 starDont use this company! I had them come to do the $30 drain clear special. The tech told me that wouldnt work on my drain and I needed the hydro jet service. (Without even trying the drain snake first). I asked if the hydro jet doesnt clear it what do they do next? The technician said they would bring the camera and scope it at no extra charge. The technician said the drain didnt clear so he called their office and scheduled for them to come back between 2-4 pm that same day with the camera. On my invoice it says this information so I paid the $566 bill. I waited from 2pm-4pm and they kept texting me saying they would be late, a sales guy finally showed up at 5:15pm with NO camera, and said he was NOT there to camera my drain, I asked what are we doing then if I wasnt going to agree to have them replace my cast iron pipe. I asked how do we even know if it is bad if you dont camera it first? I said I paid for the hydro jet with the understanding that a camera would be included if it didnt drain after. He said no one from the office told him to have the camera sent out now and he left after 5 minutes! I then called their main office and spoke to a manager and he apologized and said they would come back out to camera the drain. Their office texted me and set an appointment for Sat 5pm-8pm and they would text ***** minutes before they were on their way. We waiting at the house until 10:30pm, NO one showed up or texted! I called their office 3 separate times and it went to a after hours answering service each time I spoke to an agent who said they would have someone call me back. Guess what no one called!!!! This company is horrible at respecting you as a CUSTOMER and their complete lack of care or respect for your time, is apparent! Once they hook you for more expensive services and you pay them. Even tho you have a warranty or written paperwork stating what you paid for. You wont see them again!Review fromRichard F.

5 starsI had ***** and ******* install a tankless water heater today in my home. They arrived on time. They did a superb job, ensuring the gas lines were the correct diameter, that the *** pipes were properly vented, and that the area was as clean as it was prior to their arrival.***** is a consummate professional and I highly recommend him and ******* to install and remove any water heater needs. I really appreciate their work and work ethic. ***** showed me the tankless water heater and told me what needs to be done annually to ensure the heater works efficiently and will last ***** years if properly maintained. 5 starsI use Any hour all the time, usually significantly large full day jobs. ********************* and ***** worked from 9am to 9:30pm to finish multiple jobs. Preventative stuff and new construction. They did an amazing job and kept me aware of what was going on. 5 stars.Any Hour Services

5 starsWe called ******** Service late on Saturday afternoon about a blocked kitchen drain. They had a technician to our house in less than two hours. He was very knowledgable, personable and conscientious in both explaining our options, pricing and resolving our drain problem. If we need plumbing services in the future, we would call Any Hour and ask for him specifically.Any Hour Services
