1 starThis Any Hour Services company sent 2 service people to our home on Monday Oct.2nd and after running their roto line told us they got 120 feet and hit something: they did not try any other rememdy, i.e. hydroflush. They called this an emergency and stated that they would send a supervisor out. When he came at about 7:00 pm. he did not stay on a business track, but wasted time on his lupus and how the country needs to be fixed. After about 1 1/2 hours, he decided that we would need to sign a contract of $40,000. so that he could get digging permits fast: "this was an emergency problem." We were required to pay (that moment) $5,500 to get the job scheduled. (We found out later that he is a salesman.) Yet when we called the next morning we were told that we were scheduled for Oct 30th!!!!! We were without use of our indoor water, bathrooms, etc. Incredible. We then called a different company who sent a service man out immediately. He ran hydro pressure, put a camera in and was able to see clearly to the main sewer line. He told us that the pipes looked good. All done, cleaned out and useable!!! INCREDIBLE! Beware of Any Hour Services. They led us down a rabbit hole, left us with a promise of a 'honey bucket', a HUGE contract bill (which we did get out of!)Any Hour Services
