      If your business still exists, check your voicemail and call everyone back. One of those people will be me. Otherwise, it seems my credit card processing will be held hostage because my reseller from 2013 no longer comes into the office (or even exists).

      We made some bank changes recently and have had a couple of issues where charges have been rejected, each time I have reached out to ****** in customer service and the problem has been resolved within a couple of hours. Very Simple to use and great customer service!!

      Please avoid this company if you can. I was signed up by a very nice young man who apparently had a very short term with this company, however that seems to be the norm. I was originally processing through ***** fargo (my bank) and they lowered and switched me. However they did not fully terminate my services (which are still ongoing.)When my rates became less than competitive, I switched to Paypal, which has been extremely better. After waiting for my contract period to expire, I called to cancel their service. NOPE! Suprise you have been auto renewed! $450 termination fee. Needless to say I was surprised. I'm not happy to pay this, but I'm glad that I will finally be able to move on from this scam of a company. As a business owner, if I had to be deceptive to retain customers, I would at least think about why that is. Maybe you should improve your business model instead of focusing on how to "gotcha" people into fees. I will find every avenue available to me to let people know about your insane business practices, which may be "standard", or may not be. Newspapers were standard too. Evolve and be better.
