5 stars***** came to perform my quarterly spray & replace my bug strips. She explained very thoroughly exactly what she would be doing & how long it should take. After she was done, she explained everything she had done & even left me extra bug strips. Very professional & polite. I have never had any problems with this ************** got rid of my ant problem. I recommend this company!

1 starMy wife signed us up for fox pest control service through a door to door salesman who was very pushy. An appointment was scheduled for a technician to come spray our home and lay out two traps and set a few ant baits. When they finished the work I signed off on it and paid them a little over 300 dollars. What we didn't know was somehow we signed up for a two-year subscription to their services. I would of never signed up for this service. I was happy paying them to come one time per year. What I did next was cancel my debit card so that they would not have to charge me 65 dollars per month. What I didn't know was in order to cancel the service I would have to pay 150 dollars. When I called customer service they were rude and showed no empathy. They kept to the fox script and kept referring to the contract. They said statements like "you should of read the contract" or "you signed your name on this". The only thing I signed off on was when the technician completed his work at my house. When I asked them if I could just pay the 150 dollars to cancel they said yes, but I also had to pay what I owed for the subscription cost for 2 months. Now this makes no sense, because they only came to my house one time. I will never refer this company to anyone. The cancelation fee and monthly subscription service should be communicated up front and not buried in the small print. My wife did not know she was signing up for a two-year subscription service.Fox Pest Control HQ

5 starsI have been with FOX for several years and I love that when ***** comes to treat my house the first thing she asked about was my ********* had some spider issues and she went to town last treatment and no problems now. 1 starPoor service. Always showed up when no ones ******** had to keep calling them back to complete service. I called branch & was promised future appts would be scheduled in advance. This still didnt happen! The branch said they had been texting my work number which is a landline! We all know you cant text a landline. They would have received an invalid number message. I emailed Fox pictures of their techs still messaging me right before they came to my house so I proved they had my cell number & were texting it! I talked to **** at office on 10/13 from my cell and was promised issues would be fixed. Same thing continued. I work out of town and tech always texted my cell right before they came! I asked to terminate the contract at no cost and they refused!! They are billing me $150 early termination fee. I would avoid this company! I also had previously reported I didnt see any signs of exterior treatment and got no reply. Its the office staff responsibility to input customer information correctly. 1 starVery poor followup. They push me around when i asked them not to come for service after they jacked the price without notifying me. Yup! Just generously took what they wanted out of my checking account with no prior warning or authorization. So i asked they NOT come out. So instead, they rescheduled the appointment without my knowledge, came to my house (trespassing) without my knowledge or authorization then stole money out if my checking account. As i called them to follow up as to why they push people around, why would i reschedule something when i was obviously unhappy with their unannounced rates. Crazy! I called a week ago , was told they were going to pull the tape and call me back later still waiting. Bank is already on alert too.Fox Pest Control HQ
