5 starsWe have been customers for 3 years and alll of the technicians have been good! BUT ***** he is so knowledgeable and helpful and passionate about helping us Everything he said was in fact what occurred after treatment!! He deserves best employee of the year and a huge raise. 1 starPredatory business practices, unsatisfactory treatments, and shady salesmen who will tell you anything you want to hear. I was told at the time of agreement that they would come out to respray within ****************************** two weeks (it would already be time for the next spray.) I was covered in bites just a week after they had been here. I call to inform them of this and they tell me oh well in the contract we dont promise it will completely get rid of them and thats true. They dont have anything that protects you. They could kill one mosquito and call it good and youre stuck. I was never told it would cost $250 to cancel, so now I am stuck paying for a service I am extremely unhappy with. They do not let you know in advance when they are coming. I get a text 10 minutes before and I can not be home in that amount of time, therefore, my backyard (the part I care the most about) does not even get sprayed. No courtesy call is made to reschedule time to come back. Ive had to call back twice and then I was charged for it, and had to call back again to get that resolved. I understand mistakes happen, but it has been ridiculous working with this company. I have left multiple reviews, and no one from the company has reached out. At this point, they can just take my money stay away from my home. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I am convinced they inflate their reviews to hide the negative ones. If you do a ****** search, you can find several others reporting the exact same experience I am having.Fox Pest Control HQ

2 starsI purchased the termite protection plan. I paid by check July 7, 2025. I am getting nasty texts, email and bills in the mail three weeks later saying I owe for then termite installation. I regret using FOX PestFox Pest Control HQ

1 starI was tricked/snowed over by this company. Before I know it Im paying over $2000 for controlling the ants at my home. After three applications in three months time ants were still crawling on me in my home in every room. I canceled the service and they charged me $250 to cancel it. It saved me a little money in the long run, however, This is money that I spent for a service that did not work. I ended up buying ant repellent at ********** applied it once and the ants are gone. I wish I wouldve done this first. I do not recommend this company to anybody.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starLied to me when selling me the contract by telling me that the pest control service I'd used for years had gone out of business. Sold me a monthly service that I've learned is not recommended by reputable pest control service companies. When I called their office to cancel the contract, I was told by the person answering the phone that she couldn't do that. Instead, I needed to have the office manager call me. Today, when I received the Robo call about my upcoming appointment, I called the office to explain that I should not have this upcoming service because. I had canceled. A different person answered the phone and rudely said that I had refused the call from the office manager, which is simply not true. I never got one. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, and they will not be paying any further charges to Fox.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starHad the young guy come by to convince me he can guarantee of removal of all pest and insects we got going on if not after 3 weeks call and they will come out with no extra cost well I haven’t heard back from them it’s been two months not only that the insects have gotten worse the fleas have took over and got worse my dog passed away not sure if was the chemicals or because the fleas were taking over our life’s and fighting the battle to kill them in which they assured me they would kill them. I was here the day they came I watched them they never sprayed around the shop in front of my yard just by the house and around the house dusted some webs away they were here maybe 30 min in which I feel like they couldn’t had done a good job. I am truly upset hurt over my dog and at my limit of patients. I want my money back I want the service I paid for that they agreed on. They made it worse than better and no response back it’s like I feel it was a scam and now we got took by a bunch of young ass boys I feel like they should be in trouble for something they aren’t! 1 starSoliciting in a no soliciting neighborhood (***************). ******** failed to produce a valid permit or provide identification. When asked for his name, he simply replied "****". When asked for his boss name, he stuttered and gave multiple names. No company vehicle in sight. No personal vehicle in sight. When I called the company, receptionist was hesitant to let me speak with manager. When I spoke with manager he was completely inaudible on phone. 1 starI just had a guy here about an hour ago. Told me he has been servicing my neighbor and will be in town tomorrow to do his service and was trying to get more families on their service. Told me the neighbor had signed a 4 year contract due to the instability of the economy. We discussed my issues and what service he could offer. I thought it was a bit pricey but it would be taken care of so I signed the two year contract. He left we ate dinner and my neighbor texted me about the man rudely banging on her door earlier. Come to find out it was all a big fat lie. If I cant trust you to just give me a straight sales pitch for your company and product how can I possibly trust you at my home?!?! I called immediately to cancel because they have my credit card information. The office dude said Im not in the system yet and he cant cancel since it isnt there. So now I have to call first thing in the morning to try to get this cancelled. I have a 3 day ***** period but am sure they will find a way to drag it out so the expires. 1 starDo yourself a favor, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with FOX PEST CONTROL. When you want to cancel at the end of a 2 year contract, where I monthly PREPAID over 2 years $1700, their "system" requires I pay another $70.68, even though they are willing to discount continuation of service at $360 but not waive a $70.68 "system" payment. Now they will turn my account over to a collection agency at a DISCOUNT.Fox Pest Control HQ
