1 starThe ***resentative came to my home then proceeded with his pitch a little pushy but I took it as ambition. He then set all my expectations for what his company would do for me. My main concerns were the ants and mosquitoes. He had 2 separate plans the home protection plan inside and out and the outdoor enjoyment plan (mosquito, flea, tick). After walking throughout my lawn with him he said they would have no problem handling my concerns if I was willing to give him a chance. The prices were a little high in my opinion but I thought if we could get the ants and mosquitoes under control it would be worth it. Set up a time and day for them to come give them a chance. The tech showed up and dusted off the cobwebs from around the windows and sprayed what must of been water around the foundation because what he sprayed did nothing in regards to insect deterrent. Spread what he called ant bait around the home and not in the highlighted spots that were pointed out to the *** the day prior. They were called back out because the ants never left. Then charged me for the outdoor enjoyment plan which was not performed due to their lack of qualifications. So at this point Ive got ants still not treatment inside the home cobwebs back around the windows and charged twice for a service that was not performed. I call customer service and was told that a manager would have to address my concerns that I would be put on his schedule for a call by the end of the day. No call so I contacted them that evening and was told that the service *** I spoke to did not submit the request so I had to wait until Monday and would receive a call first thing Monday morning. An entire week went by with no call. I call them and ask to speak to a manager only to be told his schedule is very busy and he would call me the next business day. Again no returned call. I do not believe that the manager even exists at this point. There is ZERO trust and confidence in this company. Multiple charges 0 results.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starAbsolutely disruptive solicitors. Unsolicited, they canvas my neighborhood. They come on my property, ring my doorbell and bang on the front door multiple times. As I work from home, putting dogs into a frenzy is not helpful when I am on work calls. Despite asking them to leave my property, they come back AGAIN the next day! No boundaries!Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starLike most of the other low ratings I was also misled by the sales team, local service technicians and customer service. I was approached by the sales team, and I told them I perform my own pest control and even showed them the recent order I received. The sales representative went through his script adding in an offer to purchase that recent order that would offset the first few payments and he would waive the cancellation fee if I signed. I received a call from the service technician, and he showed up and performed the initial visit. I asked him about the purchase of the supplies and said he knew nothing about it but would have the sales representative return. Im still waiting for that sales representatives return. After a few so-called treatments I have left messages stating the bugs are still present only to be told this is normal. Comparing my security system to the *** visit logs I see no evidence of anyone at my property on days they claim service was performed. On others it shows a little puff of powder from what appears to be a babies bulb sucker. Now that I have removed my payment information from their website customer service is communicating with me. They informed me they conveniently have no record of my multiple complaints, and their records show all the services were performed. They also mysteriously have an invalid phone number despite me receiving calls in the past. I expressed my issues and advised *** to cancel the contract due to its multiple failures, and I am told they will charge the $250.00 cancellation fee. What a scam. Charge the customer on a misrepresented contract, dont perform service, change documentation so *** can take more money from the customer.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starCame to my door at 830pm. When I informed him it was 830 and I had three little kids, he said "I don't give a $#it" and then left. #1 830pm on a school night is ridiculous. #2 you don't curse at a potential customer, especially on their own property. I will never use Fox, neither will my extensive amount of family members and friends.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starUsed Fox Pest Control for rodent issue. At first they helped identify entry areas, put down bait, and helped reduce the rodent issue. We would still get a few mice in the winter but the nothing like before. Then for some reason they stopped notifying us via call or text when they would arrive on-site and they would only treat the outside of the home. I think this was done intentionally to ensure our rodent problem would continue to require service. I called multiple times to complain and have them note a phone call or text is needed but the problem continued to persist. When I would call and complain and ask for a refund since the service was not provided they would not provide a refund or send a technician back out. The customer service teams blames this on the technician and different employees that handle the service/phone calls but in 2025 you can do better. They should have customer profiles that techs/call center/etc. can access. They should make you whole or send a technician back out. This is how they treated a customer 5+years into paying them for service.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starWe had a fox pest control worker come to our house. We spoke to him about our concerns with wasps but let him know we are pollinator friendly and didnt allow pesticides to be sprayed in our yard. He said there were alternatives that we could discuss when the other person came around to provide the service. We scheduled an appt for them to come and talk. The day of the appt came and no one showed up. I waited over 5 hours past the scheduled appt time and then left to run errands. When I came home someone from *** was in my back yard. They had laid poison boxes for mice, which I had said I didnt want because I dont poison mice, and were almost completely finished spraying pesticides that I had specifically told them not to do. I was lied to and told that it would harm any of the pollinators. In the days after I found multiple dead bees. They came back again to finish the service and I reminded them that I had said no pesticides. So that was a second time they showed up and still no one ever discussed any alternative options with us that were safe. Instead, later that day, We were charged a $250 cancellation fee. No one called to tell us they would be charging us that, no one called to discuss any resolutions despite us being told they would. No one told us they were cancelling on our behalves. Very unprofessional, poor, and predatory business practices.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starVery Rude. The father of my children came by to pick up the kids. It was after 8pm, the guy came up and asked if I talked with my neighbors about the bad bug problem everyone's complaining about. I told him, I don't talk to my neighbors. He rolled his eyes and rudely said, Well you're talking to him. Before I could even respond he cut me off trying to push their services on me I told him no and that our current pest control we do ourselves is working amazing. He would not take no as an answer. Now he will be back tomorrow. I will be sure not to be polite this time and give him the same rude attitude he gave me. Thanks Fox Pest Control for attempting to ruin my night by putting your anger out on me, when I was just outside trying to say goodbye to my kids.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starA salesperson came to our door and talked my husband into signing up. She did not over any of the agreement, didn't disclose the initial fee and also did not have a solicitors permit. We contacted them to cancel within the 3 day period so cancelling wasn't difficult, but we also had an issue with the $316 initial fee charge as it was never disclosed before authorizing. All that was mentioned was the monthly fee.We did receive one service and I had no issue paying for it, so I asked if we could adjust the initial payment to the cost of the service. **************** told me that one 20 minute service was $400. Asked for an itemized invoice, they couldnt provide it with specific costs only products used. I took that to a few other pest control comapnies and they estimated the work/products used to be around $120-$160 total. I called again asking if we can adjust to something more comparable to the typical market cost, they continued on about how and why their service should cost $400. I asked again if we could get a specific price breakdown and they said they dont have that info. How as a business do you not know what a service costs? How do you not have a pricing schedule that takes into account the products, tools and labor? They said it was based on the salespersons quote then the monthly subscription charge. How did the salesperson determine that number then? *******. In the end they credited us $150 bringing our total to $166 which was ballpark to the other quotes, so customer service was helpful, but the company and their process alone was very predatory. The fact that they didn't go over any of the agreement before asking for a signature and cannot disclose how their quotes/prices are determined is a huge red flag and the person making that number up wasnt even legally allowed to be selling at my front door.Fox Pest Control HQ
