    I have been using SKY RX for eight months. I have lost 32 lbs. Its slow, but consistent, losing a couple of pounds a week. I am totally happy with them, and I have found that they are responsive to any questions I might have. The medication arrives each month without any issues. For me SKY RX is working.

    Not transparent, misleading. Would not recommend this company, they just want to charge the monthly fee.

Our labeling and accompanying instructions align with standard guidelines, which do not indicate discarding the medication after four weeks. However, wed like to investigate where you may have seen conflicting information so we can prevent this in the future.     Worst company ever!!!!! Ever!!! Ever!!!!! Ever!!!Theyre very snotty on the phone!! If you miss your check-in they will continue to bill you and theres no way to get the medicine youve already paid for. Such a rip off!!Also, 9 out of 10 times you get an answering machine!! Its almost impossible to get someone. Sky RX stole $1200 from me!!

    Hello *********,We totally understand your ************** a telehealth company, we connect potential patients with licensed healthcare Providers that are in good standing and full compliance with ********** regulations.Part of this compliance, is the Patient/Provider relationship, which you enter in to if you are approved for medication by a Provider. The Providers use our software to evaluate each potential patient based on the consistent and quality feedback they provide. Without this information, they do not feel comfortable risking their License and their livelihood, or worse, by continuing treatment without the necessary information.Since compounded GLP-1 medications are sterile, and subject to more regulation because of the potential risks of injection, they draw even more scrutiny from a Provider and the consistent patient feedback is even more crucial. When you neglect to submit your personal check-in data, our Providers have asked us to withhold medication delivery because they are not comfortable continuing a higher risk treatment without this information.We are not involved whatsoever in the Provider/Patient relationship. For one, its a total breach of ethics, and second its a breach of the law. Neither can we unilaterally decide to ship medication without Provider consent, we cannot simply determine to end the month-to-month billing agreement you signed up for, simply because you did not complete the check-ins. Again, unless a request is made from either party, this would constitute a serious breach of ethics and potentially the law. We cannot and are not allowed to make these decisions for either you or your Provider.For instance, if you were on a life-saving blood pressure medication and neglected to make payment one month, we could not stop sending you the life-saving medication, because we are not involved in the Patient/Provider relationship. That is a decision only you and your Provider can make, our role is to facilitate whatever decision you come to.For this reason, we do not lock you in to any long-term contractual obligations, instead preferring a month-to-month arrangement that best suits you, the Patient, as well as allowing ultimate flexibility to your Provider, should you no longer need or need less or more of a particular medication. We have a large, US-based Customer Support team that can help facilitate your cancellation of services, as well as the ability to do so easily, online from your account.     SkyRx charged me for GLP-1 which they never delivered and refused to reimburse. I've given them proof of charge and they don't dispute not giving me the subscription.This is a scam. They should be held accountable for legal refunds.

    ****, were sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. When you sign up for our services you authorize and agree to a subscription that will be billed monthly until cancelled. After reviewing your account it looks like you were sent enough medication to last you for 7 weeks. When it came time for your refill in December we attempted to contact you to collect required information for our provider to proceed with your refill, but we did not receive a response from you until *******. We submitted you for your refill in ******* once we received the required information from you. At that point you requested to cancel your subscription. Your subscription charge for ******* was refunded at that time. Your December charge was not refunded as our services were used in the month of December. As a courtesy we have issued a refund for your December subscription at this time. Thank you!
