    I ordered Tirzepatide injections on or about April 18, 2025. I paid $397. for medication, syringes and alcohol wipes. Taken out of my checking acct. 4/21/2025. When I received the order I was very surprised that it wasn't cold, although packed with ice bag and insulated bag. So I immediately called to make sure the injections were safe. Upon examination of the bag with medication it only had what looked like 2 syringes. While I was on the phone about the temperature. I told the lady at c/s that I only got 2 syringes & no alcohol wipes. Then I realized this was an oral medicine syringe. Immediately explained that I didn't receive what I had ordered. She said they were out of injectible compound so they replaced it with Subingual? I didn't even know what that meant. She said that was all they had in stock. At that moment I told her that's not what I ordered. She told me to write to them on the web page. I did, with a response that it couldn't be returned and they couldn't give me a refund. I told them I understood that, but it wasn't what I had ordered. I received the wrong item. I ask that I be given a credit, until they had the injections back in stock. They said absolutely no refunds. I told them I was asking for what I ordered. 3 different c/s reps on the phone. 2 call backs and at least 5 messages to their website. All they would say is we're sorry they're no returns or refunds. I said I understand that but I didn't get what I ordered. The Subingual medication isn't FDA approved but the injections are. Plus I have no thyroid and the Subingual comes with all kinds of stipulations. Take the medication every morning no eating or drinking 1/2 hour before & after. I already take thyroid medication, so I have to wait one hour before eating after that med. I tried to resolve this with no results. Thank you for your time.

There was a technical glitch that has inadvertently affected a very small number of new patients, but believe we have resolved the issue.
