      Horrible service. Got approved, verified the card. Went to use it, worked for a $500 purchase, tried to use it again and purchase denied, wasn't even close to limit. Called to find out why? Told that I had to verify my identity again? Used the card after. Payed the balance amount. Can't use the card again until they apply payment? Says they hold payments for 10 days after receiving payment to verify that it is a good payment? But I also set up a savings account and they took the money from the same account right away? This company is ******ed!Move into the 21st century!

      Set me up with electronic billing, never asked for instructions, except mailing address. Now billed for $29 late fee, specialist has heard this many times before and can't fix. No satisfaction with these predators so I closed my account. Hope it wasn't too late before Goldman ruined my credit.

      I am trying to open a CD account with ******************** . After filling in all the information online , they asked me to call the bank number . When i called , they asked me for my complete social security number over the phone . I refused to give out my SS Number , and they dont seem to have any other way to authenticate my identity . I told them i can only give you the last 4 of the social , and they seem to suggest that giving complete social security number over phone is a standard practice for them .Please beware , this is a huge huge risk. You should never spell out your complete social number over phone .

      I have a CD that matured one month ago. I have called Marcus multiple times to inquire as to why my funds haven't been transferred to the designated account. Every time I call I have been told they don't know why it hasn't transferred and promise to escalate the request and expedite the transfer. IT STILL HAS NOT HAPPENED. They are effectively holding my money hostage and I am incredibly frustrated by the fact I've had to call and continue to receive the same answer with zero resolution.

      Absolutely terrible service. I was trying to wire money from marcus into my ****** account and I couldnt as they locked my account, I followed instructions and called to verify my account but they told me I couldnt wire or transfer any of my money. I have spoken to various people at Marcus several times in the last four days, it has taken hours of my time for absolutely nothing. Right now they are saying that they cannot pull up any verification questions on their computer as I have been verified twice already and now I have to wait 1-3 business days to call back and get verified. My phone number also apparently cannot be used to verify me.. Basically I cannot access my money at all.I cant even close my ********** not use this savings bank!

      I had an Apple Card through this bank. The account closed, and I agreed to a payment plan of $51.17. For my most recent payment they charged me $287. When I contacted the bank, they told me they could not refund my payment. I was not able to pay several of my bills, and they had no compassion. Horrible business practice. Will not recommend to friends.

      I have an Apple credit card though Goldman Sachs and have excellent credit. I noticed a fraudulent charge on my account and contacted them within 1-2 hrs to report it. After disputing the charges twice and providing evidence it was not my charge , they are still not covering the fraud. Im out more $300. Cancelling this card. Do not get it! Terrible customer service!

      First, they did not honor their referral bonus. I tried to close my account by transferring the substantial funds I deposited and 2 weeks later they reversed the transfer. Over the phone, they cant say why, just state it needs further review. Ridiculous.

      DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUT WITH THIS COMPANY. They froze my account and when I called to inquire about this recent activity. I was told to call back in 3-5 business days . I called and they told me my money will be refunded within 2 weeks . Its been two weeks and they have not refunded me my money and said there is nothing they can do. I would have to call back in another 3-5 business days to resolve the problem. They are not helpful and customer service skills ****.

      Do not deal with these people! I opened an account and made a substantial deposit. I saw the funds were taken from the account I transferred them from, so I wanted to make sure they had posted, but when I tried to access the account, it said it was locked, and I needed to call in. I know exactly what the reason was, so I tried to explain that on the phone, but they just said they were closing the account. OK, so you dont want my business thats fine. Seems stupid to me, but there are plenty of other banks. Then they tell me they cant refund my money because the funds have to clear. Sorry, but I know enough about the banking system to know that thats not a thing the money is gone from my account and now in your possession. All Im asking is for you to return it to the same account you took it from. They also told me I need to call back next week to get that done. Well, Im going to be in *********** for 2 weeks with zero cell reception, so you are just going to keep my money (and make interest on it), because you can? Seems borderline criminal to me.The silver lining I guess is that I wont have a relationship with them afterwards, but I hope others see this and take it as a warning about who they are dealing with.
