    I wish i could leave 0 stars for this company. More interested in collecting course and reload fees rather than helping you get licensed. Customer support is full of it and is not willing to help you one bit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for your mortgage licensing course.

    I used MEC for my MLO license training, and while the course content itself is solidI passed the national exam on my first try with an 85%the customer service is shockingly bad. The support chat representatives are rude, unhelpful, and seem actively disinterested in resolving *********** are the main problems I encountered:Rude and Unhelpful Support: The chat representatives consistently gave one-word answers, offered no direction, and abruptly ended chats before I could follow up or clarify. For example, they provided a phone number to call and then terminated the chat three times before I could dial it.Ignored Emails: I sent multiple emails, including detailed transcripts of chats highlighting the unprofessional behavior, and all of them were ignored.Misleading Advice: I was initially advised to purchase two 1-hour compliance courses for *****, which I completed. Later, I was informed that I had to redo the entire 20-hour course plus the 3-hour TX-specific course. This caused unnecessary confusion and extra expense due to their incorrect guidance.Unfulfilled Refund Promises: After the chat representatives misled me into purchasing incorrect courses, I was promised a refund. Despite following up, the refund has yet to be processed, and Ive been given no updates.While the training itself is effective, the complete lack of professionalism and accountability in customer service overshadows the positives. If *** can't address these issues, I would strongly recommend looking for another provider. Save yourself the frustration.

    These people **** so bad. They will lock you out while they grade your work and meanwhile the clock runs out for you to take the final exam. Then they require $75 to unlock your course and you have to fight with customer service for hours while they look into it. Meanwhile your potential employers think you are full of it.

    This course and test prep has deceptive business practices. Online they show you you get access for 6 months to a course and ADDITIONAL 6 months can be granted upon request. They are trying to get EVERY ***** out of people for giving them access. I contact them to gain access and they told me I have to PAY additional fees to gain FURTHER access yet online this is not disclosed. I bought this test prep hoping I will have a full year access and I even bought their OTHER test prep for 80 dollars on top of paying 130 dollars, so I have spent close to 500 dollars with this company for them to try to charge me another ***** dollars to gain access again? this is DECEPTIVE , and greedy. No where online it discloses you will have to pay additional fees for access.

    ZERO STARS! I was seeking help to pass my NMLS mortgage broker exam and discovered "Mortgage *********************************************** Everything they were offering looked like exactly what I needed to give me an edge. Even more enticing was the discounted price from ****** to $105 for the full bundle. When I went to pay, the price switched to $129. I called & asked to get help with processing or a promo code since the website offered 2 different prices. Customer support informed me they would notified ************** call me once the site was corrected. Since ******* never called me back with a resolution, I returned to the website to discover the price was now changed to $129.99 instead of $105. I was disappointed @ the price hike of course, but still tried to pay for it, after expressing my disappointment to them & in their survey after the call. I stated that they could've told me the price was going to be $129.99 & I would've paid it instead of wasting my day waiting on a price adjustment, study materials & a *************** that never came. When I told them these types of practices needed to be reported to ************ they told me to go ahead. I'm not sure if they blocked my purchase, but I tried several times and it kept looping me back to the purchase page. I wasn't sure if the payment had gone through repeatedly, so feeling scammed I canceled my bank card, which cost ****** hate I even gave them any of my information. I tried to call back to make sure I wasn't billed @ approximately 2:45pm and it seemed they'd blocked my number. I repeatedly received voicemail, mid afternoon, of their office hours, that stated they closed @ 8pm. BEWARE!
