    I emailed this company on the 19th and 20th advising that I could not access the course purchased. The company has not responded to emails. I logged in last night and still no action or refund. I finally reached someone by phone and they advised I had 1 day left to complete the course or pay an additional $75. I am requesting a refund or release the course so that I can complete it with no additional charge. I contacted them several times and they don’t respond to emails.

    I had started this couse and because of a death in family I need more time which they where able to give me but I didn't make it on time to finish the couse so they are wanted me to pay the whole course again without the practice test which I think it's not far they should charge a fee but not the whole fee if I knew they where rated a D as a business I wouldn't never tried doing it with them

    This program is a SCAM!! I paid for the 3 day course specifically for the price compared to other places and dedicated and blocked off those three days in order to complete the course. On Day three I completed up to 98% of the course the only thing preventing me from moving toward was having my homework graded. After the 3rd day I log back in and my course was locked out I was being forced to pay an additional fee in order to proceed and complete the course. After several attempts and reaching out their only solution is pay all over again and retake the course.

    I purchased their Test Reimbursement and completed the course as per their requirements. They promised a refund of the exam fee if I failed the exam. When I requested a refund, they initially claimed that I had not watched their videos. Later, they pointed out that I did not pass one of the quizzes. I do a particular practice exercise multiple times (as part of my exam preparation). The course completed 100%. They keep making excuses to say that you are not qualified. I believe they say that to everyone. I request a refund for the exam fee 110.00

    Jan 26-2024 Order # *********** Amount $240.00 The company must have a requirements list to check before the consumer buys any product, I don't have a High School diploma that I need to get the license, if I knew this before I wouldn't buy the product.

    I paid for this course and they cut me off 16 hours before it said and I was forced to start all over and pay again for the course. I tried to login after 11:59 eastern on 12/30 and the system kicked me out.
