My experience here was horrible. They had my vehicle for a month to rebuild the transmission and it was in worse shape when I picked it up, all the dummy lights came on, the hot oil light is now coming on, brought it back twice, they had me spend more money to put a large cooler in, did nothing. When I dropped it off, none of this was happening. The owner double talks his way through everything and is a terrible communicator. Refuses to give a refund and no warranty. Says he will show me the transmission is done correctly, like I would know, I’m not a mechanic. Second opinion from another mechanic says everything else is in working order, transmission needs to be replaced, and they still had the fluid flowing through the old stock cooler. I refuse to let this shop touch my vehicle again. And they charge a fee for using a debit card, which is illegal, there are federal banking regulations that state businesses cannot charge a fee for using a debit card. The receipt they issue is hand written and has zero details. How can they charge 10,000 and not itemize anything? Then after a couple months they shred their paper work. Shady business!

My car was towed by *** ****** to Hi Tech Transmission at night. I am alone with a 14 yo daughter and moved here because the death of my husband. I don’t have anyone to help me. I am a teacher and l have severe Crohns disease. I called Hi Tech to see if they had a chance to look at my car yet. The owner Jason was very rude from the beginning and said my car wasn’t there. I was very stressed and said it had been dropped off overnight. He said oh well it’s not here. I was panicked. Then his technician said it was there. I said how do you not know what cars are on your property? He then said l was rude he had a flood and he had enough business he didn’t need to service my car. I had to call c** ****** and the car had to be towed to another facility. I had to pay for the tow because *** ****** said they only pay for one tow. He put me in a very bad position l did not have the money for that. I was hysterical and stranded. Sick a horrible stressful experience. I am going to call *** ****** and ask why they are still contacted with him with all these complaints against home with the same behavior.

My dad brought his car in for transmission repair and new tires and brakes. Well when we went to go get it the first time which btw was 3 months later and 9,500 dollars! The car was still doing the exact same thing it was when we first took it but the owner claims he drove it and it was “ driving like a new car” ?? so we took it right back next day and also told him we smelt rubber burning and he said it was the new parts on transmission so after they “fixed” it the second time. The transmission was finally working right but still smelt rubber but since he is the mechanic and knows what he is doing we took his word for the rubber burning smell was transmission parts and would go away . Well guess what it didn’t so called him and he said bring it back. so took it back for THIRD time. And let me just say this if we smelt the burning and he supposedly test drove it like he said then he had to of smelt it . Since he is the mechanic he says he is and said I know nothing about mechanic issues and he didn’t catch it and we did then that should tell you something! Anyways so took it back for third time and it was a part of the brakes that was causing the burning smell we smelt and made my dad pay another 1,460 to fix it ! So my dad paid 11,000 dollars all together and the owner was so rude!!!
