    This business does not have a profile on ****** like any other true, legitimate, honest business. This means they cannot be reviewed by the people they scam and cheat. I applied for an apartment I was planning to rent. I was told by the agent, by applying and getting approved, it would allow for me to obtain the apartment I desired once I toured it. I toured the apartment I wanted and informed the agent (who showed up late) that I want to sign a lease. I toured on a Friday. The agent told me she would have the lease ready by Monday as I was approved for the apartment. The agent told me she would reach out once she finished the lease. On Monday I did not hear back from her, so I reached out to her and requested an update. On Tuesday she called to tell me she had given the apartment to someone else because they happened to apply just before me. I at this point felt cheated. I did not have to apply to tour. I applied because of this agents urging to do so to guarantee this apartment would be mine. She scammed me, and actually admitted to scamming one other person. It is so wrong that there is no way for me to warn other individuals in fixed incomes of this, so they can avoid being taken advantage of in this way. I admit that it is on me for paying and applying, but truly, that is not the problem. For this agent to con me, make me think I had a lease in the works, only to leave me high and dry? That is the problem. How could you tell someone youre going to write them a lease, only to pull the rug out from under them? What is wrong with you? Predix Property Management should have a posting on ******, they should be forced to face the reality that if they had their reviews turned on, they would be called out for scamming people. I am not doing this just for the sake of complaining; I work in health care, people scream at me for nothing every day. What I take issue with, is the lies and deception this business, in particular, the agent, took part in. Just be honest.
