      Terrible place. Over charged me for contacts. Went back and forth over the phone trying to get them to review the correct payment amount. Finally spoke with regional manager who was very rude and insisted their mistake was my fault. After discussing w/my insurance.. decided to find me another center..It took two wks to get script over to new place. I was out of town and they kept lying about not getting faxes script requests from new eyeglass center. Also Ive been going to this facility for about three yrs..Each year place worsening.

      Ron is by far the most rudest person I've ever dealt with at an eye place he should be fired. I put a deposit on a pair of glasses and I didn't pick them up because I have a child with health problems. I've gotten busy and now that Biden has become president, the price of everything has gotten way more expensive. So I found myself not being able to afford the glasses. I was never once told that if you don't pick up the glasses, it's a problem for the crystal vision center. I gave them $50. I finally was able to stumble upon a little bit extra cash and called to see if I could pick up the glasses. Apparently they sent them back to wherever the heck they came from and he made it believe like Crystal vision center lost out on money? How did you guys lose out on money? I gave you $50 and I didn't even pick up the glasses. How on earth was that a loss? You guys gained $50 and you could just simply return the glasses back to where you purchase them from I'm not stupid. He told me that I'm not getting my $50 back which I didn't even want in the first place. I told him I would pay in full for the glasses and he said yeah well you're not going to get the glasses even if you do pay in full. So he was extremely rude. Talk to me as if I'm some type of idiot. When I explained to him the situation even when this happened I told them I wouldn't be able to pick the glasses up anytime soon. This dude does not belong working with the public He told me to go find a new eye doctor. I can promise you that me and my whole family will never come to this eye doctor again. This dude deserves to be fired.
